Let's make sure that you're in bed,
You're tucked up,
You're really comfortable and you're ready to just do a quick meditation to let go of your day.
Close down your eyes,
Shut out the world.
Whether it's been a stressful day or a wonderful day,
Let's just try and imagine that by closing your eyes,
You're letting that all go.
It's time to shift into a different reality.
With your eyes closed,
Put all of your attention on the way that your body feels laying on the mattress of your bed.
Feel the back of your head on your pillow,
All the way down your spine,
Your hips,
Your legs,
The back of your feet.
And then feel the weight of the covers on top of your body.
Feel the tops of your feet being weighed down a little bit,
The sensation of your blankets on your legs,
Your body.
Take a few moments to think about your day tomorrow.
Just a quick,
Simple look into the future.
See your day tomorrow going smoothly.
Everything that you need to achieve will be achieved with ease.
The relationships and people in your life will feel joyful and easy.
See your body feeling good,
Strong and healthy tomorrow,
Full of energy and life force.
Or see that you're going to have a really good night's sleep.
Get lots of rest and your mental state and capacity to deal with life will be in a really good place.
Take a few minutes to see your day,
Your world,
Your body,
Your health,
Your relationships exactly how you want them to be.
Falling asleep thinking positive thoughts about your day tomorrow will influence your dreams.
It will magnetically move you in the right direction to your manifestations.
Seeing your world the way you want it to be,
As if it already is so,
Is the most powerful way you can fall to sleep every night.
Know that you're safe,
You're warm,
You're protected.
Tap into just that general feeling of gratitude for how lucky you are right now in this moment.
Once again feel your body being supported by the bed.
Encourage relaxation with a few nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Every time you exhale,
Let your body sink deeper into your bed.
All is well in your world and tomorrow will be a wonderful day.
