Let's meditate together.
Please make sure that you're in a comfortable,
Cozy,
Seated position.
Something that feels good for your body.
Something where you know that you won't have to keep adjusting for the next 20 minutes or so.
So just get comfortable in your chair or laying down.
Maybe you're listening while you walk.
If it's accessible to you please close down your eyes if you haven't done so already and let go of the world around you.
Intentionally setting a subtle,
Subconscious intention that it's time to meditate by closing down your eyes,
Sitting in your meditation seat.
You're sending signals to the brain that it's time to meditate.
It's time to change gears.
Slow down your breath.
So you're taking in and breathing out long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Communicating with your parasympathetic nervous system.
All is well.
You're safe.
See if you can soften the muscles in your face,
Relax the space around your eyes.
Focus on your sit bones.
Right down there at the base of your spine,
Focus on your sit bones.
Feel the chair or the ground underneath your bum.
Feel that solid connection that's holding you stable right now.
Even if you're laying down,
Focus on your sit bones.
Go inside.
So take your attention from the surface of your body to the inside of your body,
Into your sit bones and your hips.
Feel the base of your spine.
Pulling all of your attention to your coccyx bone.
The tip right at the end.
See if you can really focus in on the very end of your spine.
When you go quiet and still,
You'll start to feel,
Not necessarily in the coccyx,
But the space around your sit bones.
You'll start to feel a mild tingling sensation.
You may feel a pulse like the beating of your heart in that space.
Other areas of your body might draw your attention,
But keep pulling yourself back into that space that's seated on the ground.
You can feel the tops of the backs of your legs touching the ground.
The outside,
The width of your hips maybe touching the ground.
But when you go inside,
Pull your focus to the center and see if you can feel that mild tingling sensation.
Using your imagination now,
Start to see in your mind as if there's a flame at the base of the spine.
Like the flame on a candle just flickering away right there.
So you can look down your body and see it,
Or you could be outside of your body and see it,
Or you could be right there inside of your body looking at it.
All different angles that your third eye might take you,
But see if you can see it in your mind like that candle flame at the base of the spine right there where your coccyx would be.
And just watch it flicker and burn for a few breaths.
Connect to it if you can.
Start to see the flame get a little bit stronger,
Bigger,
Warmer.
See if you can start to feel warmth in your sit bones,
The base of your spine,
Across the front where your pelvic floor would be.
Make it warm.
Take your breath down to that part of your body,
Breathing in only and out only through your nose.
And if you make a tightening at the back of your throat,
You create what's called an ujjayi breath.
This creates heat in the body.
Sounds a little bit like Darth Vader.
It's not about the sound in this particular case,
It's about the heat.
Pull your breath all the way down to the base of your spine and start to make that ball of warmth like a fist size of heat.
You may feel the heat in your ribs,
Up your spine,
Across your chest also.
But just keep pulling it down to that point that we're focusing on at the base of your spine.
So now you see this flame in your mind,
Bigger,
Stronger,
More alive.
Allow the light from the flame to start to expand at the base of your spine.
So imagine it's like a cave down there and the light from the candle is starting to make everything golden inside of this cave.
This warmth,
This golden light.
You might feel that slight pulse,
Vibration,
Tingling,
All options of what you could be experiencing.
Or you might just be focusing on your sit bones and that's the main activation for you,
Just the focus.
This area that you're focusing on is where the kundalini energy resides in your body,
Down there at the base of your spine.
And this kundalini energy is a powerful manifesting energy.
And it's perfect for this time.
So as you stir up this golden light,
This warmth,
The activation of the frequency maybe tingling inside of your body,
Start to think about that which you desire.
What do you want to create,
To manifest?
What is it that in your mind's eye you can see yourself doing as if it's already so?
Building,
Creating,
The formulation is already taking place.
Seeing your mind's eye,
You doing that,
Already,
Living it.
Every day,
Somehow,
Putting it into your routine so it grows bigger,
More real every day.
Like a tiny little seed in the soil that you're watering.
Just watch yourself in your mind,
Having fun with it.
See if you can feel the buzzing of that electricity and magnetism in your body as you get into the flow state,
That happy place where it just flows out of you.
It's all going so well.
And you're taking action,
You're being consistent,
Repetitive,
You have a ritual.
You are taking physical,
Human action and you can see yourself doing it every day.
Then you trust in the magic of the universe.
You trust that the universe has got your back and is aiding you.
It's guiding you in the energy field of this project.
It's aligning you with the timing of this project.
Trust that the universe has all of those details taken care of.
You are just taking your human action,
Enjoying yourself,
Doing that which you need to do every day to create and manifest this project into reality.
Focus down on the base of your spine,
Feel that gold,
Feel that energy like honey,
Warm,
Buzzing.
It's alive there at the base of your spine.
Come and do this meditation every day for a couple of weeks,
14 days,
21 would be perfect.
Just to add the power and energy that you're creating right now to your project.
Trust that your manifestations are being taken care of by the universe and so it is,
Right?
And so it is.
Your daily action is just building the fire,
Stoking the energy at the base of your spine.
Let's leave that light there at the base of your spine.
Let's leave that energy brewing at the base of your spine.
Let's leave everything in place.
I'm going to count to three and you can open your eyes and come back into your reality and just let it go and trust that the universe has your little seed that you're going to water every day and the universe is going to water every day and the two things together will make this creation of yours successful.
