Are you ready to meditate with Kari?
Climb up into your bed and get super comfortable.
Make sure that everything is just right in your room,
The lights are just right,
You're wearing your cosy comfortable pyjamas and you can relax your body and let go of your busy busy day.
Jack was in the bathtub painting,
He was using his magical paints.
If you don't already know Jack has magical paints,
When he paints on the side of the bathtub or on the plastic wall around the bath,
The things that he paints come to life.
It was a very special paint set that he was given one time for his birthday and Jack loved these paints.
Today he decided that he was going to draw a Formula One car,
A race car.
He'd been really into Formula One at the moment.
He'd been watching it on TV,
He'd watched all the different seasons and he got to know all the different drivers and all the different teams.
He wanted to grow up himself and race for Red Bull.
He thought that was the best team.
He liked the colour of the car,
The reds and the blues.
He liked the team that they had and they seemed to win the Formula One races a lot.
So he started painting.
He took his time,
He was really really intricate with all of the details.
The front of the car,
The side of the car,
The number on the car,
The wheels,
The steering wheel.
He even painted what he would look like dressed in the Formula One uniform.
He got his racing leathers on,
His helmet,
His gloves,
His neck scarf.
They looked exactly like they looked on TV.
And when he was finished,
He stood back to appreciate how awesome and realistic his Formula One car was and his future version of himself.
He stood there and watched.
But normally,
Whatever Jack paints seems to just kind of pull itself magically off the side of the bathtub and become something real for a few seconds.
Jack was really hoping for this,
To see his race car,
His race car,
Real,
Even if it was only for a few seconds.
But it didn't happen.
Jack thought,
Hmm,
Maybe I missed some details,
Maybe I didn't make it realistic enough.
He went back in and he added shading with grey and blacks.
He added more intricate details,
He added buttons on the dashboard.
He added sweat dripping down his forehead underneath his helmet.
He added so many tiny little details that without even realising,
Jack found himself in the car.
He was on the track.
He was in Milan.
It was 20,
27 and he was racing.
He was racing his car and it was so real.
The first thing that hit Jack was the pressure of how fast he was going.
It was literally pushing his body back with the pressure,
Back into the back of his seat.
His neck felt so tight and he was having a really hard time keeping his head up straight.
Every time he turned,
His head wanted to just kind of fly off.
He was going so fast.
Now he realised why they wore neck braces while they rode in their cars,
Because they really needed it.
He couldn't believe the vibration and the pressure that was running and buzzing and vibrating through the engine and the whole motor vehicle.
It was unbelievable.
It was like his whole body was buzzing with extreme adrenaline and vibration from the car.
He was sweating profusely.
This is why they wear gloves,
He thought.
His hands were literally wet through inside of his gloves,
But he was having so much fun.
He was having so much fun.
He could see two cars in front of him and then he heard the voice.
He heard the voice of all the guys in the car,
In the pit or wherever they are that talk to you through the earpieces.
They were talking to him.
There's so many seconds between you and the car in front.
You need to go into this particular gear.
You need to do this.
You need to step on the gas.
You need to do this,
Jack.
Yeah,
You've got it,
Jack.
You're doing good,
Jack.
The voice kept talking and talking and talking and talking over and over and over in his head and he kept saying,
Yeah,
I've got it.
Yeah,
I can do it.
Yeah,
Thanks for that.
Whatever he needed to reply,
He was talking back to them the whole time.
And he was listening to the instructions of what they were giving him and those instructions that they were giving him were making him get faster and faster and faster.
He passed the car in front.
Now there was just one car in front of him.
Just one car before he would be winning the race,
Technically.
He would be in the lead.
He was riding his Red Bull car.
He was super impressed that he was actually a Red Bull driver.
Somehow,
They must have picked him.
Somehow it must have worked hard enough over the last so many years.
Somehow his dream was coming true.
He was shaking,
Literally shaking.
His wrists hurt so much from trying to hold on to the steering wheel to keep a hold of it from all the pressure and the vibration and the speed.
He must have been going at 200 miles an hour.
There was a really difficult turn coming up ahead,
But this turn was his opportunity to take over the front car.
He wasn't going to waste it.
He wasn't going to miss it.
He was so brave.
He was so,
So brave.
He wasn't scared at all,
But the adrenaline running through his body made him feel scared.
He got the shakes.
He got so much energy and excitement buzzing through his system.
He didn't know whether he was going to laugh,
Cry,
Scream,
Or even poop his pants.
He was so excited.
That was a thought he didn't think of when he was thinking about a Formula One racer in the future.
Would you ever poop yourself,
You're so excited?
The thought got him all super embarrassed and he almost lost his concentration for a moment.
What if I poop myself in the car?
He quickly shoved that thought out of his mind and focused.
Focus,
Focus,
Jack,
Focus,
Focus,
Jack,
Focus.
He was getting closer,
Closer,
And closer to the car in front.
So close,
So close.
He was right there on that corner,
Right there on the corner where he could go on the inside and overtake.
Come on,
Jack.

There was two voices in his earpieces saying different things.
