If you haven't done so already,
Please close down your eyes.
Let's shut out the morning,
The afternoon,
The evening,
Wherever you're at.
Shut out your day.
Closing down your eyes,
Sending signals to the brain that this is your special time.
Your time to tap in and also your time to relax.
You're away from reality for a while.
And that's always yummy.
So as you slow down your breath,
Feel into your shoulders and let them fall away from your ears on your next exhale.
Let your shoulders relax.
Start to really feel your slow inhale.
Feel the pause at the top.
And on the pause at the top,
Notice how your hearing gets more acute when you're in complete stillness with no breath,
No movement.
Your ear in kicks in,
And I can hear the birds and life going on around.
And on your exhale,
Really focus on softening.
Soften your ribs,
Soften your arms,
Resting in your lap or your hands on your knees,
Wherever your position is.
Just soften that which you can.
Notice that the chit-chatter of your mind is slowing down slightly.
As you focus on your breath,
That smooth stillness.
Really chew on it,
You know,
Really feel it.
And that'll help you to slow down your thoughts in your mind.
Distraction.
If you can drop your attention down into your lower abdomen.
Feel that space above your hips,
Below your belly button.
This is where your sacral chakra lies,
The chakra that's connected to creativity,
Connected to experiencing life through the veil of pleasure.
This chakra is about emotions.
We sense and feel through the chakra,
Specifically through our emotions.
So if you imagine your life of emotions,
That's what this chakra is connected to.
If you imagine your life through your mental thoughts and thinking that would be your solar plexus.
But we're talking about your lower abdomen,
Start to feel that area and imagine using visualization.
You're seeing like an orangey glow,
Whether that's a sunset orange,
The desert,
The Sedona mountains,
Whether it's fire itself.
Imagine that warmth in your lower abdomen.
And so we can stoke the fire a little bit.
Let's use the intention on our breath to start to activate this area,
Start to activate our creativity.
When you breathe in,
Breathe in through your nose,
Bring it down through your nose,
Down through your throat,
Down,
Feel it journey through your body till you get to your lower abdomen.
As you breathe out,
Breathe out with a little bit more warmth,
A little bit more force through your nostrils as if you were a dragon,
Creating heat in this part of your body.
So I'll show you what I mean.
Breathe in through your nose,
Nice,
Big,
Deep breath,
Follow the breath all the way down into your lower tummy around this heat,
These flames,
This orange.
And then as you breathe out,
Construct your throat slightly and breathe out with a little bit more power,
More heat through your nose.
It sounds like a groaning,
Like Darth Vader.
But every time you breathe out through your nose and you create this heat,
Feel it in your tummy,
Not necessarily your nose.
Once you've got the hang of it,
Feel that.
You'll notice your tummy pushes out slightly.
As if it's pushing with a little bit of force.
So breathe in,
Nice,
Big,
Deep breath.
And then as you breathe out,
You'll feel your tummy pull back.
It contracts,
It pulls back to the spine on that.
So at first you'll feel it expand,
But then you'll feel it pull back and tighten.
So there's a lot of sensations going on created by this breath.
But the most important that we're creating is the heat,
Because the heat will give you a feeling.
It's creating that emotion of intensity.
And with the intensity,
With the heat,
You're really,
Really able to awaken this second chakra.
And if you want to awaken creativity and pleasure and joy in your life,
The ability to really step into the whole juice of life,
To experience it and also to be of service and give it,
Then this is the magical spot we need to focus on.
Let's step up our game when it comes to our mojo.
We're stoking the fire of our mojo with the chakra.
So keep doing this heat breath,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And as you do this,
Imagine the color,
The flames,
The orange,
The warmth.
Feel it,
See it intensify.
You're building it,
Awakening this part of your being.
Using the tools that you have,
Which is your breath,
Your visualization,
The ability to create heat inside of your body.
And from these three things,
Your body will have natural reactions and create the emotions,
Excitement,
That life force feeling,
The rush,
Joy.
You're stoking it all inside of your own body with your own tools.
Feeling this activation in your body,
Start to pull your mind away from all of this activity.
What do you want?
Desire to manifest into your reality.
What do you want?
Start to visualize it in your mind.
See the images of it in your mind.
As if you're building it into reality.
See yourself doing it.
Feel yourself in it.
Can you smell it?
Can you hear it?
Can you taste it?
Feel how natural you are in it,
As if it's already been so for the longest time.
Feel yourself at ease in it.
It's already you.
It's already yours.
Now,
Let's put the cherry on the cake.
Allow your body to feel the gratitude of it.
Be in the joy.
Feel it tingling in your skin.
Feel the lightness of it.
Make it as real.
Feel it as real as you can.
This gratitude,
You're so grateful.
You appreciate that which you have.
It feels natural to have it and you're so grateful for the opportunity to have it.
To be this person with it.
Allow that tingling sensation,
That light sensation to run through your entire body if you can feel it in different places.
Know that when you're feeling stuck or you're feeling a void,
You can tap into this part of your being.
Anytime you need to.
You can come back and do this meditation anytime you need to.
Just to remember that which you have inside.
Coming back into your reality,
I'm going to count to three.
Bring in this awakening with you today.
Let's use it to the best of our abilities until we need to do a tune-up again.
Accept and acknowledge that you're bringing it back with you.
This light,
This flame,
This energy inside of your being.
I'm going to count to three and you can open your eyes on three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Coming back into your space,
Your room,
Your reality.
Hopefully with a little bit of a smile on your face.
Feeling light,
Feeling energized and sorry tears and all the yummy stuff.
