He was stressed out about the sea and how the sea might rise and there might be a big wave.
He was stressed out about anything that you could possibly think of.

Cherry had an idea.
You know what might be really good for you?
What I think could be really helpful Bushki is if you just lay down and relax.
I am very good friends with Kari and Kari is our meditation friend and she does meditations on YouTube and she also does meditations in person and she does meditations in groups for people in the community and she also does meditations with her clients and she also does all sorts of other cool stuff with her clients but you know she does this one thing where she helps you to relax and I think that you really need it because I think you are so stressed.
You are so wound up.
Look at your shoulders.
Your shoulders are all tense and they are right up there next to your ears and that is not cool.
You need to just be able to relax and relax and lay down and let go of the world for a little bit.
Forget everything about the world Bushki.

That is exactly what we are going to do right cats because we are really good at this because we do meditation and we do it all the time and when we do meditation we are very serious about it because we know the benefits of meditating.
We know that if you meditate you can connect to yourself and when you connect to yourself you can be more in control of yourself and when you are in control of yourself you can be more chilled out about yourself because you know yourself you know yourself inside and you know yourself outside.
You know the things you react to,
You know what stresses you out,
You know what makes you happy,
You know what makes you sad,
You know what makes you miserable,
You know what makes you itch,
Even that yeah even that you can find out in meditation you can close your eyes and put a piece of bread in front of your belly and if you pull forward towards the bread that means you're supposed to eat it and if you energetically pull back away from the bread that means you're not supposed to eat it you're probably gluten intolerant or something and you're not supposed to eat that bread so yeah even meditating even doing that kind of thing can tell you what you're supposed to eat.
Anyway I'm sidetracking let's talk about you Bushki,
Let's talk about how stressed you are.
First thing you need to do is lay yourself down,
Lay down so that you can relax.
Can you tell with my voice how my voice is changing that I'm getting ready to meditate to you.
I'm getting ready to meditate to you so that you can relax and let go of all of your worries,
All of your stresses,
Everything can just go away as soon as I open my mouth.
Right so lay down be still and quiet,

Relax them let them get really really really heavy and sleepy and tired.

Now relax your bones every single bone in your body is heavy and sleepy and relaxed.

Right now relax your muscles Bushki every single muscle,
Muscles in your face,
Muscles in your mouth,
Muscles in your back legs,
Muscles in your front legs relax them,
Relax them to the point where they feel like Whipple Whipple Jelly,

You're so relaxed and comfortable that your muscles feel like they're melting off your body and falling onto the ground in a big pool of relaxed muscle ization.
