Let's come together and do a heart chakra therapy meditation.
You can lie down and get completely comfortable if you want to do this at the end of the day to help you go to sleep.
Or you can do it in the day,
Anytime,
It doesn't matter.
If you prefer to be seated for your meditation practice then go ahead and take a comfortable seated position.
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight and your head and your neck is slightly relaxed if you're seated.
Close your eyes and start to journey inside.
The quickest way to change your consciousness is to focus on the breath.
Let go of all the outside noises.
Anything that you hear,
Anything that you sense,
Just allow that to take you into a deeper state of relaxation.
Focus solely on your breath.
Don't change your breath or manipulate it in any way,
Just be with your breath.
Sit with it,
Start to feel it,
Acknowledge the in-breath,
Out-breath.
Feel the differences of your inhale and your exhale,
What happens in your body.
Just slow your world down by focusing on your breath.
Nothing else,
Just your breath,
Your best friend.
Relax your face,
Soften the muscles across your forehead and around your eyes.
Check that you don't have any tension in your jaw.
The next time that you exhale,
Push your shoulders away from your ears.
Let them get really heavy and completely relaxed.
See if you can focus on the centre of your chest,
The beating of your heart,
As well as your breath.
Notice how your breath and your heart are completely connected.
Slowing down your breath,
Taking longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths will slow down the pace of your heart.
You'll start to create a sense of inner peace just by slowing down your breath.
Feel the differences in what that does to your body.
Notice how breathing slower and calmer just naturally changes your emotional state.
Everything starts to feel more peaceful.
Introducing your mind and your inner-sight at this point,
Imagine rather than you meditating wherever you are right now,
That you're going on a journey.
Imagine that you're standing in front of the doors of an elevator and you're waiting for the elevator to come to your level.
There's no one else around,
This is you and your journey alone.
You hear a bing and the door opens and you step inside the empty elevator.
On your left,
There's a panel of buttons,
One to seven.
You press the fourth button that's connected to the heart chakra,
Your fourth chakra,
And the doors to the elevator close and the elevator starts to move.
It doesn't take very long before you hear and feel that the elevator has stopped and the doors open.
You instantly know that you're standing,
Staring out into the middle of space.
Everything is black and you can see from where you are in the elevator,
Planets and stars.
There's a platform there in front of you that's about ten feet.
You have to take a step out of the elevator and find yourself on this platform.
You walk all the way to the end,
To where it stops and just disappears into this vast,
Enormous,
Open space of outer space.
The first thing that you notice,
The biggest thing that catches your eye is Earth.
You look down slightly,
There it is.
It's a big,
Giant,
Beautiful,
Blue-green planet.
You sit down at the end of the platform in a comfortable meditation position.
Rest in your palms on your lap.
You stare down at space.
You stare up at space.
Space to your left,
Space to your right.
The enormity of what you're seeing makes you feel very,
Very small.
Your breath feels bigger in your chest,
Like you're breathing openness,
Like you're breathing with no restriction.
It feels as if you're breathing clean,
Pure air very easily,
Even though if you were in outer space you wouldn't be able to.
In this situation you are,
And it feels really good for your lungs to be so wide open and clear.
But your breathing feels so fresh and clean,
As if you're breathing in the universe,
The stars,
The planets.
You're breathing all of it in.
You start to feel the sense that your body is disappearing.
It feels like your fractaline,
Your cells,
Your bones,
Your whole vibration starts to feel limitless.
Like the breath that you're breathing in is expansive.
You start to feel as if your body,
Your physical body,
The barrier that creates from everything else around you is disappearing.
Like you are everything around you,
And everything around you is you.
If you looked down at your fingertips,
They just looked like tiny,
Tiny stars.
Your whole body is made up of tiny little brilliant shining stars.
Your heart that you were just a few moments focusing on feels as if it beats everything else around it.
Your heart is like the universe's heart and the universe,
The centre of its being,
Its heart is you.
There's no separation.
You're beating along with everything around you.
When you look down at the big,
Beautiful earth that you live on,
The beating in your heart seems to sink and connect to the beating of earth below you.
Like you're seeing your relationship with the planet in a completely different way.
Your heart is connected to the heart of mother earth and it beats in synchronicity at the same time.
Normally when you focus on the centre of your chest,
You can create the feeling of loving kindness with intention.
You can think about something that makes you smile,
That warms your physical heart,
Someone that you love,
That makes your heart feel full and heavy in a good way.
Maybe it's a place on the planet,
A sacred tree,
That river,
The ocean that makes your heart swell and full,
So full of appreciation and gratitude and love and kindness.
But here on this platform where you're sat,
In this vibration,
You don't have to think about anything to create that love and fullness and kindness in the centre of your being.
Your whole being is vibrating in the frequency of love.
The tiny little stars in your fingertips,
The top of your head,
Your toes,
Your entire essence is just naturally vibrating,
Buzzing with this loving energy.
Here in this place you don't have to set an intention to send your love out to the people in your life,
The animals in your life,
To send your love out to the city,
The town,
The country.
There's no need for a thought,
There is no need to set an intention.
Here it just happens.
You're in everything.
You're in your family,
The love that you are.
This essence is in your whole community as you look down at the planet below.
Every single inch,
Every single atom,
Every single aspect of that planet is beating and loving along with you right now.
You're in a partnership,
You are an aspect of each other.
She needs you and you need her and just being this loving vibration is healing both of you.
It's healing the trees,
The oceans,
The animals.
It's healing your loved ones,
Your friends,
Even your enemies.
It heals all.
It heals you.
Set in this energy,
On this platform,
At the fourth level,
A chakra that's your heart,
This universe's heart.
For as long as you need to,
And love on each other and everything around you,
Within you.
Just be love.
