Welcome to this crown chakra therapy meditation with Kari.
Lie down in a comfortable position or sit with your back straight.
Close your eyes and let go of the world around you.
Allow your breathing to fall into a comfortable rhythm and start to relax.
Focus on the breath and the sensations it causes in your body as you breathe in and breathe out.
Use your breath to start to slow everything down,
Your thoughts,
The pace of your heart,
The energy in your body.
Imagine your breath is starting to calm everything down.
Everything is becoming more quiet and peaceful and relaxed just by focusing on your breath.
Imagine that you've been busy all day long,
Your body is tired and you have that sweet sensation of heaviness and stillness and relaxation running through your body.
Let your body and mind surrender into the heaviness,
Into relaxation.
Just let your muscles soften,
Let your bones get heavy.
Follow with a sense of tired relaxation.
Focusing on your forehead and the space in the middle of your eyes,
Even though you have your physical eyes closed,
Imagine that you're staring into that space there in front of your mind.
It's a big,
Vast,
Wide open space.
Using your imagination,
Imagine that you're standing in front of an elevator.
You're waiting for the elevator to come to your level and for the doors to open.
There's no one else around.
You're just staring at the elevator,
Waiting for the doors to open.
You hear a ping sound and the doors to the elevator open.
The space inside is empty,
There's no one there.
You take a few steps and walk inside of the elevator.
Look to your left and notice there's a panel of buttons.
You press the seventh button representing the seventh chakra,
Your crown chakra,
And the doors close.
You can feel movement and hear noises of the elevator as it starts to shift and move towards the seventh floor.
It doesn't take too long before you arrive and the doors open to a space that just looks like bright,
Violet light.
You don't see anything above,
Anything below.
It's just bright,
Violet light,
Like a big violet cloud or mist there in front of your face.
You step out of the elevator and the doors close behind you and you find yourself suspended in the violet mist,
Just hovering weightless in this space.
There's no sounds,
No objects.
It just feels like wide open space filled with violet light.
You feel intuitively like you want to sit down,
So you sit in the light.
You place the palms of your hands on your knees,
Straighten your spine,
And close your eyes into this place.
The energy that you're surrounded with is clear and pure.
It's almost like a buzzing sensation,
A tingling sensation on your skin.
With your eyes closed,
You notice a strong tingling sensation starting to form on the top of your head,
Right there in the center.
It feels as if someone's very gently touching your hair or touching your scalp,
The softest,
Gentlest touch,
And the touch starts to stimulate the energy there in that point of your head,
Right there where your crown chakra lies.
The sensation starts to feel as if it's turning slowly,
Very slowly in a small,
Clockwise,
Circular motion as if someone is very gently running the tips of their fingers in a circular motion on the top of your scalp.
You just feel this blissful sensation of energy starting to swirl around and around.
All that you see in your mind's eye is this bright,
Violet light as if the violet mist is swirling around and around in the top of your head.
The sensation then starts to feel as if the top of your head is slowly opening up like a lotus flower.
Shifting,
Moving the energy as if it's opening like Pandora's box,
Opening to the violet light.
The violet light seems to get brighter and stronger and start to penetrate into your crown chakra like a stream of powerful light coming into the top of your body.
You may feel sensations of it trickling down through your spine,
All the way down to the root to the base of your spine.
Then the energy flows back up,
Up and out,
A big stream of bright,
Violet light just bursting out of the top of your head.
In your crown chakra completely.
In your mind you can see that this stream of violet light seems to travel further than the eye can see.
It feels as if it's traveling through time and space,
Traveling through dimensions,
Different levels of consciousness,
Different layers of vibration and frequency.
The light just keeps going,
Blasting higher and higher and higher into higher dimensions past stars and planets.
Inside of your heart you can feel this strong knowing,
A sense that as it travels through all of these layers of consciousness you're gathering information,
Experiences,
You're downloading conversations with beings,
Star beings,
Beings from other times,
Beings from other dimensions.
It's like happening so fast that you aren't consciously aware of any of it,
Yet at the same time in your heart you can tell that you're open,
You're receiving,
You're upgrading,
You're downloading all of these different energies,
This wisdom and knowledge as the violet light shining out of your crown connects to everything in the universe.
Your crown chakra is absorbing cosmic universal knowledge and wisdom.
It's open and it's receiving.
Focus on your fingertips and feel the vibration in your fingertips.
Focus on your toes and feel the vibration and the strong pull in your feet.
Feel your whole body,
Every cell,
Every blood cell,
Every bone,
Every part of your muscle,
Every single aspect of your physical being is absorbing this upgrade,
This connection to cosmic energy,
To source,
To everything,
To the one.
Sit in the space and just absorb everything that you need.
Even if you're not conscious of it,
Just say to yourself,
I take in everything I need at this time.
I am open and ready to receive all of the upgrades I need at this time.
I am open to receiving universal consciousness,
Collective consciousness.
Allow the light to keep shining bright for as long as you need it and when you feel ready,
Imagine your crown chakra slowly closing back up.
When you open your eyes,
You will have everything that you needed.
All is within you.
And so it is.
