Hello my friend,

My name is Cori.

Let's relax,

Visualize,

Manifest and fall to sleep together.

Make sure that you're lying down in your bed and you're comfortable.

Preferably lay on your back,

Relax your arms down by your side,

Allow your legs to be potted slightly so that your feet can relax and fall open.

Close down your eyes,

Slow down your breath,

Feeling as if you're going into your secret,

Sacred inner world.

The place inside of you when you close your eyes down.

Your special retreat.

Let yourself start to feel as if you're falling into your bed.

When you breathe in,

Feel as if you're welcoming in relaxation into your body,

Allowing it to come in on your inhale.

And when you exhale,

Feel your body sinking into the bed beneath you.

Make sure your breath is slow and easy.

Try and keep a consistent pace.

When you breathe in this next time,

Imagine that you're breathing into your face.

The relaxation that you're bringing in on your inhalation is moving around your nose,

Your mouth,

Breathing it into all the tiny little muscles in your face.

Imagine your breath is going all the way to the back of your head,

The top of your head,

The left side,

The right side.

Like relaxation is surfing on your breath,

An energy that you're pulling into your being,

Allowing it to do its magic as it comes into contact with all the different parts of your body.

Feel as your breath relaxes your jaw.

Allow your tongue to fall away from the roof of your mouth as your jaw softens and relaxes.

See the space around your temples,

Across your forehead,

Soften and relax.

Bring your breath and the relaxation down into your throat,

Down the back of your neck.

Imagine in your mind that it's swirling across your shoulders.

Your left shoulder softens,

Your right shoulder softens.

Breathe down into the muscles that run across your chest.

On your exhale,

Feel your chest soften into the bed.

Have the mindset that you're surrendering to this relaxation.

Feel the relaxation go down each and every vertebra in your spine,

Slowly moving down the top part of your back,

Down into the middle part of your back,

All the way down to the base of your spine.

Every time you breathe out,

You surrender and let go.

Let your body fall,

Soften and release.

In your mind,

See the relaxation traveling on your breath into all of your organs.

Imagine it swirling around and through your heart,

Penetrating your lungs,

Moving along your intestines and your bowels,

Your liver,

Your kidneys,

Your sexual organs.

Everything it comes in contact with surrenders and relaxes.

Let it move down through the tops of your arms,

Near your shoulders,

Flowing towards your elbows,

Breathing it down into your lower arms,

Your wrists.

Feel it moving around,

Pulsing and vibrating through your fingers.

Let it flow down into your legs.

Feel your legs get heavy,

Your whole body becoming more and more.

Feel into your feet and allow the relaxation to pour into your ankles,

Your feet,

Your toes.

And now that you have a quiet body and a quiet mind,

Let's start to play.

Imagine,

For everything that we imagine eventually becomes our reality.

So if we create our reality with our thoughts and our imagination,

And I choose to influence my imagination to be that which I wish to be so,

I choose my imagination to bring all of my desires into that which is my reality.

As you lay still in your bed,

In your mind's eye start to see different aspects of your life.

Starting first with your home.

In your mind,

See your home as if all of your desires have come true.

Find yourself resting on the bed that you desired,

As if you're there.

You have it and it's already real.

Feel the sheets underneath your naked skin.

Take a breath and smell the scent in your room.

Look around and see the furniture the way that you wish it to be.

Notice your emotions.

Notice how comfortable and natural it feels being in this space.

Feel the gratitude for this beautiful bed and room that you're laying in.

The place where you rest.

Look over and see your love next to you.

The one that you dreamed of.

Watch how they look at you the way you want them to look at you.

Allow your body to feel the way that they touch you.

See if you can go as far as feeling the sensations on your skin.

You can smell them.

Taste them.

Go through the motions of your day with your lover.

How you interact.

How well you get along.

Go through the motions and feel inside of your body the things that you do together.

How it feels.

The whole time feeling comfortable and calm.

This is your life.

There's no doubt or question.

It feels very natural.

It's easy.

Observe yourself as you watch this couple that is you and your love.

Look at your body.

See it how you desire it to be.

Take notice of your hair,

Your skin,

Your face.

Take notice of the curves of your body or the shape of your muscles.

See yourself in full abundant health and vitality.

Glowing.

Happy.

And as you observe yourself and your lover,

Allow yourself to feel how comfortable,

How natural it is to be this aspect of yourself.

As if you've always been this.

Allow your mind to drift into watching yourself at work,

Your career of choice.

Observe and feel inside of your body how good it feels to be doing what you're doing.

The feelings that you desire to feel,

You're feeling them right now with your ideal way of living.

Whatever that is for you personally.

See it,

Feel it,

Touch it,

Taste it,

Be that.

As if it's already so.

Notice how you dress,

How you talk,

What you feel in your body.

If you desire work colleagues,

See them how you wish them to be.

See a relationship with them,

How you desire it to be.

As if it is so.

Harmony and happiness in the workplace.

Maybe it's desire and ambition.

Let your mind play.

Be childlike again.

Let your dreams and your imagination be real.

As real as you possibly can.

Welcome sleep as you feel these things.

Take these thoughts that will be your reality into the dream world with you.

Take these emotions and feelings that you feel into the dream world with you.

Let yourself fall deeper and deeper into the abyss of sleep,

Feeling content and happy,

Feeling fulfilled,

Knowing everything will be so.

And so it is.
