
Chakra Activation - Mantra Meditation
Use this quick, effective manta meditation first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Activate your kundalini energy to awaken, balance, cleanse your chakra system to feel cleansed and harmonized, or energized and empowered on the daily!

Hello,
My name is Corrie and welcome to this Chakra Mantra Meditation.
This is a meditation that I do personally quite often and I thought it would be nice to share it with you.
It's one of those meditations where it doesn't take too long,
But if you're feeling like you would like to energize or rebalance your energies or even cleanse your energies.
So for example,
If I do it first thing in the morning,
Then it makes me feel aligned,
Awake and ready for my day.
If I do it last thing at night,
I do it more with the intention of going through each chakra and cleansing out any debris or anything that I don't want to take to bed with me.
You can get comfortable in a seated position,
Make sure that your back is straight,
Resting your hands on your knees or together in your lap.
Relax your chin down to your chest slightly and close your eyes.
Closing your eyes is almost like a ceremony of pulling your attention and your awareness into the inner world,
The inner realms.
Start to steady your breath.
Slow it down just a little bit.
Put your focus and attention onto your breathing and let go of everything else around you.
Breathing in and breathing out in a nice gentle rhythm.
Pull your attention down to the base of your spine.
This area is generally known for where the Kundalini lies dormant or the serpent lies dormant at the base of the spine.
I like to imagine my Kundalini energy as a small flame,
Like a flame on a candle.
The position in my physical body is right there between my genitals and my anus,
But a little bit higher,
Not necessarily on the baseline.
So I imagine a flame right there in my root chakra area.
And then I intentionally connect my breath to the flame.
So as I breathe in,
I imagine I'm pulling in source energy from around me and breathing it into the flame,
Making it grow bigger,
Brighter and stronger.
And as I breathe out,
I just release,
But the flame stays the same.
Then when I breathe in again,
The flame gets bigger,
Warmer,
More active.
And thus,
Every time I breathe in,
I imagine I'm activating the Kundalini in the base of my spine.
I'm engulfing it with life force and oxygen.
It's just the same as if you blew on a fire how it would grow and get bigger.
I'm going to do this with you for about five more breaths.
Try and imagine that as you do this visually,
You start to feel physically just a tingling sensation in the base of your spine or a warm energy starting to build.
This feels very similar to when you have any kind of stimulation in that area of your body,
A slight arousal,
So to speak.
Imagine things are starting to tingle and wake up.
It's the same energy.
It's nothing to do with sexuality,
But it feels very similar physically in our bodies.
So imagine a tingling sensation and then envision the flame growing every time you breathe in.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in,
See the flame building.
Breathing out.
Breathing in,
Big flame starting to build.
Breathing out.
Breathing in again.
And breathing out.
Now,
As you see this flame growing there at the base of your spine,
Imagine it's activating your root chakra.
As you feel that sensation,
Visualize the base of your spine digging deeper into the soil.
And then use this mantra.
I connect to the base of my spine.
I connect to the base of my spine.
I connect to the base of my spine.
And then use this mantra.
I connect to the depths of the earth and her endless stability.
I connect to the depths of the earth and her endless stability.
And so it is.
Moving up,
Imagine you're visualizing the energy pulling up into your sacral chakra just below your belly button.
Again,
Breathe the energy into existence.
Imagine that tingling sensation,
That pulling sensation is right there below your belly button.
And repeat this mantra.
I am pleasure in all forms.
I am pleasure in all forms.
Breathe out,
Release.
And internally say to yourself,
And so it is.
Feel your focus back on the energy,
On the Kundalini,
And imagine that you're pulling it up into the solar plexus chakra.
Feel the energy travel up into that place above your belly button.
Feel the pull,
The heaviness,
The activation.
Repeat the mantra for the solar plexus.
I am source,
Divine light.
I am source,
Divine light.
And so it is.
Take a nice big exhale.
Pull your focus and attention back onto the movement of the Kundalini.
Pull it up,
Feel it jump and move and travel into the center of your chest.
Fill in your heart space,
Opening your chest up.
Feel the weight and the everyness of the energy as if it's palpable and you can feel it there in the middle of your chest.
And say out loud or to yourself internally.
I welcome the strength of vulnerability.
I welcome the strength of vulnerability.
Take a nice big deep breath out.
And so it is.
Pull your attention back into the energy movement and imagine it's traveling up into the throat chakra.
Let your head fall back slightly as if you're accepting and receiving the energy awakening there in your throat.
Say to yourself,
I speak only truth from a place of love and compassion.
I speak only truth from a place of love and compassion.
Take a nice big deep breath out.
And so it is.
Allow the energy to travel up now to your third eye.
Feel an intensity there in the middle of your forehead.
Just by traveling up there,
Imagine it's activating your third eye.
And say the mantra,
I see divinity through all layers of shadow.
Take a nice big deep breath out.
And so it is.
Finally,
Focus on the energy flowing up to the top of your head into the crown chakra.
Flowing up to the top of your head into the crown chakra.
Imagine it's filling the top of your head space,
Pouring up and out of the top of your head like a fountain or a whale's blowhole blowing up through the tops.
Say to yourself,
I am all that is.
I am all that is.
Take a big deep breath out.
And so it is.
You should feel balanced,
Awakened,
Ready,
Cleansed,
Refreshed,
Renewed,
Whatever you want to feel.
You're aligned.
And so it is.
