So good morning,
My name is Cori.
Please close your eyes,
Shut out the rest of the world.
It's time to meditate.
And with your eyes closed,
Check in with your body.
Feel into the body and see if you've got any tension or tight spots in your body.
Try and bring some stretching into those parts of your being.
See if you can soften them a little bit.
Make sure that you're comfortable.
And then come into a place of complete stillness if possible.
Slow down your breathing and start to relax.
Just feel into your sit bones.
Let's get grounded for a second.
Feel into the base of your spine,
Your sit bones,
Your chair,
The earth beneath you.
Just feel that connection,
The solidity of that.
Know that you're being held.
You're supported and safe and you can let go of everything else that you're doing later or that you were doing earlier.
Let's try and be in the moment.
Just be present in your body for a sec and feel your sit bones.
Take a few breaths down into the bottom of your spine.
And then imagine yourself standing.
See your own self in your mind's eye.
Imagine that you're standing.
You could be standing wherever you want to be.
You could be out there in the forest.
You could be on the beach.
You could be in your favourite room in your house.
Start to play with your imagination but let yourself be standing nice and tall.
Check in and feel within your body in that stance.
Make sure that your ears are aligned with your shoulders and your shoulders are aligned with your hips.
And your hips are aligned with your feet.
So you're nice and straight,
Standing tall.
Your surroundings at this point isn't really that important so just play and let yourself be wherever you want to be.
Make sure though that you are barefoot.
So take note of your shoes or your socks or your slippers if you're wearing anything on your feet and just imagine in your mind that you're kicking them off to the side so that you're barefoot on the earth or the floor or the carpet wherever you're at.
And you can whittle your toes and feel the ground underneath your feet.
Take a nice big deep breath and feel solid in your stance.
In the space there in front of you from up above there's going to be a big beam of light starting to come down and shine on the floor there in front of you like a big tube of bright bright bright white light.
As if if you stood in it it would beam you up that kind of size and it's just there in front of you.
See it in your mind really really bright.
Know that this light is coming from sauce.
Light is an aspect of sauce.
All that is is an aspect of sauce but know that this light is coming from sauce.
I'd like you to feel as if 2025 is behind you there and you can just look over your shoulder and have a moment to think about all the things that happened.
Let them flash through your mind.
So many good moments,
So many challenging moments.
Know that they're all present there in that space behind you representing last year and here you are right now in between the past and the light.
I'm going to count to three and when I count to three on three you're going to step into this tunnel of light so it completely embraces and covers your entire body.
One,
Two,
Three.
Make sure that you raise your head slightly to the light and close your eyes.
Let it rain down on your face,
Rain down on your skin,
On your body.
It's bright bright bright light.
There's a static in the air,
An electricity.
You can feel the magnetism,
The energy pulsing all around you.
Make sure that your palms are open so that you can receive and start to let the light just shine through your body.
Let it start to fill from the top.
Your crown.
See it pouring into the top of your skull.
Pouring down through your face,
The back of your head.
Feel it penetrating into your chest and your heart.
Take some big deep breaths.
Welcome this light into your body.
This metamorphosis,
Transformation.
The light is going to just clear away any final cobwebs.
Making sure that you're completely open,
New,
Like a rebirth moving into this next chapter of your life.
Imagine that the light is shining under all your nooks and crannies,
Under your armpits,
Right there under your tush.
It's shining absolutely everywhere in between your toes.
Nothing is going to get past this bright white light from Source saying,
Hey,
Hey,
Just step in here for a minute.
Let's get some good juju moving through your cells and your bones and your body.
Let's just get you all primed and squeaky clean for the next chapter.
Let's completely make it so that the past is detached.
It's been and gone.
It's there if you want to recall it,
To study it,
To learn from it,
To absorb information from it.
But you know,
It's not attached.
You don't have to bring it forward.
This light is searing,
Severing all connections so that you're an individual soul being right now.
Carry nothing,
Just your naked self.
Standing in the light,
Getting the super car wash.
The one with the tyre waxing and the whole shebam.
Imagine that you're getting the whole thing from this light.
Keep taking big deep breaths.
See if you can even feel a smile,
Either on the inside or actually on your face.
And just breathe.
And now as if you can peer through the light,
We're going to step out to the other side.
When I count to three.
Three.
One.
Two.
Three.
Stepping out.
Feeling pretty shiny.
Feeling light,
Clean,
Vibrant,
Full of energy.
See if you can feel it in your fingertips.
Tingling.
Surging through the rest of your body.
Allow yourself to feel excited.
A new moment.
A new minute.
A new hour.
A new day.
A new beginning.
Breathing from breath to breath.
Allowing you the opportunity to shape the future.
Imagine that you're shaking off like a dog does when he's had a bath.
And so it is.
One big final deep breath.
Breathe all the way down into your toes.
All the way down to the base of your feet.
Breathe out.
Feeling the energy coursing through your veins.
The light.
Ready for a new start.
Literally from moment to moment.
And then very slowly open your eyes.
Come back into your present.
Just stretch your neck to the left or the right.
Bring a little bit of movement back into your physical body.
