Allow yourself to just rest.
Into this present moment.
There's no next moment.
There's no previous moment.
There is just this moment now.
So allow your awareness.
Become very centered.
Very focused on the present.
Be aware of the entirety of your experience in the present.
The external world.
The internal world.
What is the experience?
And as you observe.
Notice that observation is very neutral.
There's no analysis here.
Observation of experience.
Is not to analyze experience not to interpret experience.
Not to try and change or fix anything.
It's just pure,
Simple awareness.
Relax into this indifference.
So there's no resistance now.
No more struggling.
Against.
No more pushing and pulling.
Just accept whatever is happening now,
In this moment.
And only this moment.
Taking the position of the neutral observer.
The impartial witness of all.
Notice how much more peaceful that is.
Can still feel life energy.
Receive.
The collage.
Of all experience through the senses and still feel the body.
The emotional world.
Even the mind.
But you can observe all of this.
From the space of true serenity.
Through a sense of just letting go.
Let go.
All experience.
Everything we perceive.
Comes.
Stays a while and then it goes.
So there's no sense in holding on to temporary things.
Just leave it alone.
And this letting go is done for you.
You Recognize deeply.
The extent.
To which you can observe.
Without naming.
Without labelling.
Without analyzing.
Without describing.
Without storing anything as memory.
Instead,
Just the total clear,
Empty consciousness.
So pure awareness of what is.
Bring this neutral awareness to the body.
Allow yourself to feel.
The sensations.
Of the physical body as though this were the very first time.
You've ever experienced them.
So you have no concept of whether a feeling is comfortable or uncomfortable.
Pleasant or painful.
Everything is just a.
.
.
Raw.
Energy.
And allow yourself to feel the body in this way.
Dropping.
All.
Concepts and ideas about biology and nerves and brain and cells and all of that instead what's the experience What is the experience of bodily sensation?
Let yourself rest.
You might be aware of the mind.
Might still be busy.
It's annoying.
Let that go as well.
Simply treat the mind as completely irrelevant.
Be so disinterested.
In anything the mind has to say that it simply no longer bothers you.
All of the chatter of the mind.
Simply not important.
It doesn't matter.
And leaving the mind alone in this way.
It naturally subsides.
Becomes like a radio playing in another room.
There but so what Your only task is simply to remain.
In the present moment as this pure,
Empty,
Conscious awareness.
Allowing.
Everything.
Come into the field of consciousness.
Stay for as long as it stays.
And then in its own time,
Departs and disappears.
Even the memories of the past.
They arise in the present.
And those two stay for a while and then disappear.
Don't give so much importance to memories.
Those too become irrelevant.
Just enjoy being.
This is the happiness.
That we ordinarily see.
In experience.
But now we discover it by stepping away.
From experience.
Let go really let go.
All of it.
Even that.
You already trust.
So much of the universe.
Carry on.
As it always does.
You trust the sun to rise and fall.
You trust the plants to grow.
You trust your heart to beat.
You don't worry about these things.
Why not apply that same trust?
To all things,
To everything,
Even.
.
.
All those situations and circumstances you've been trying to fix and change and heal and do the right thing and all of that.
What if you just trust that This is all naturally unfolding.
In a beautiful way.
Leave it all alone.
And all shall be well.
Thank you for doing this meditation with me today.
Take care.
Be well.
Stay present.
