This short practice redirects attention away from thoughts and thinking and places your awareness into bodily sensations. This is an enormous relief from the chaos and noise of the mind during a period of anxiety and stress. By grounding attention into the body in this way, we effectively neutralize the psychological suffering associated with fear and tension, and instead feel the sensations as a raw and neutral experience.
