Settle the body and mind into the present moment.
Simply be aware of the here and now.
And awareness is enough.
So there is no need to try and change anything in the present moment.
Simply observe the present.
There is no future,
So there is no next moment.
And there is no past,
So there is no previous moment.
There is only this moment now.
Focus your attention entirely into this present moment.
Nothing to change,
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to analyze or judge.
There are no opinions or beliefs necessary to simply observe what is already here.
Allow yourself to be fully open and accepting of this present moment,
Allowing everything to be as it already is.
Reality does not need any help in order to be and continue to flow in its own natural way,
With its own natural rhythm and harmony.
So just allow everything to be and simply witness.
Create no separation between the inner world and the external world.
Simply observe both in the same space of awareness,
Observing the bodily sensations,
Even witnessing the thoughts in your mind.
As well as observing the outside world.
All of these take place within the space of awareness,
Within this present moment.
