Simply notice the sensations of breathing.
Refocusing your attention entirely to the breath.
Allowing the breath to rise and fall.
And just notice,
How does it feel to breathe?
If your body will allow you to slow the breath down and deepen the breath as you do so,
Then this is good.
If you find it too challenging to try and slow and deepen the breath at this time,
This is okay too.
Simply notice the sensations of breathing,
However the breath is in this moment.
Become aware of the here and now,
Just this present moment.
There is no future,
There is no past,
There is only now.
So,
Simply breathing into the now,
Re-centering,
Re-grounding,
Just this,
Just this.
All of the situations and circumstances that are currently on your mind,
These can all be dealt with later.
Just taking these moments now to re-center,
Re-focus,
So that any action that needs to be taken can be done from a space of peace and a space of wisdom.
Slowing down.
Notice the simplicity of the breath.
Disengage from the thoughts in the mind,
And instead pay attention only to the breath.
Withdraw attention from thoughts,
Images,
Situations and scenarios,
And instead devote attention entirely to the breath and this present moment.
Recognize you have the power to do this at any moment.
You can simply step out of the stream of thoughts in the mind,
And step into the present,
Simply by focusing on the sensations of breathing,
And opening your awareness to the reality of here and now.
And from this space,
Anything that does need to be taken care of or dealt with,
Can happen naturally,
Peacefully,
And healthfully.
