Allow yourself to be empty and free of all concepts and ideas.
Simply be as you already are.
Notice that reality continues just fine without any ideas or concepts attached.
You can be aware of your existence without trying to decide what this existence is.
You can be aware of reality unfolding naturally without any analysis.
Reality never asked to be understood.
Your body and mind does not require analysis in order to function healthily,
So just leave it alone.
Be as though this were the very first moment that you sprang into existence,
Became aware of experience.
You haven't been taught anything.
There has been no conditioning.
There are no concepts or words that describe anything.
You are simply aware of the current experience and that is all.
Release yourself even from the idea of meditation or spiritual practice.
As though you've never done any meditation before,
You have no idea what it is.
There are no expected outcomes or trying to reach a certain state.
Just let all of these ideas go and simply discover reality in the here and now.
What is already happening?
Do not hold on to anything.
The moment something arises in the mind,
Allow it to stay as long as it wishes to stay and then allow it to pass.
All images and words in the mind are temporary phantoms.
Do not attach to them,
But do not push them away either.
Just leave them alone.
Be aware of the body,
But do not attach any special significance to the experience of the body.
Forget any ideas about biology or physiology.
There's no mental images necessary to experience the body.
So simply experience bodily sensation raw,
Unprocessed.
Just allow it to be there,
But do not attach to bodily sensation either.
Allow your response to all things to be,
I don't know.
Whatever rises in the field of awareness,
Whatever you experience,
That seems to demand an explanation or some analysis,
Just respond with,
I don't know,
And be okay with this.
I don't know what this reality is.
I don't know what to do about these situations and circumstances.
I don't know why my body and mind is the way it is.
I just know that it is.
I don't know what meditation is.
Just be,
And that is more than enough.
Be content to sit here in the unknowing.
Not tempted to analyze the present moment.
Not tempted to categorize.
Not tempted to label anything.
Simply return to the peace of,
I don't know.
Allow the body,
Mind,
And world to be a mystery.
Curious and surprising.
Uncontrollable,
And yet also obeying its own natural laws and rhythms.
There is a harmony and balance.
That continues whether you are involved or not.
So choose to stay out of the whole show for a while.
Leave it alone.
Stop trying to meditate.
Stop doing anything at all.
Even the mind is something that is now running in the background.
Release yourself from all burdens.
And simply sit as the witness of all unfolding phenomena.
Even when witnessing discord and unease in the mind and body.
Simply witness this from the neutral space of awareness.
It is clearly seen that even discord and disharmony is perfectly managed by reality itself.
Simply remain in the peace and freedom of the unknowing.
In a moment we will be leaving the formal aspect of this guided meditation.
Although you may wish to sit a while longer in this more relaxed and open space of unknowing.
Or it may be time to rejoin usual activities.
Either way,
