Hello everyone and welcome to this prana breathing experience.

My name is Ben Holt and this breathwork production is brought to you by Awaken Breath and Breathwork Beats.

Let's go ahead and get into a nice lying comfortable position so that you can go deeper into this breathwork practice.

Once you've arrived,

Let's take a nice deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out.

Let's take another deep breath in filling up all the way and let it go.

Begin following my breath in and out through the mouth in three two one ah in ah you're doing great in out speeding it up in keep going staying at this pace get ready to slow it down ah and in get ready to slow it down even more in keep going you're doing great last big breath in and blow all the breath out ah hold the breath stay here completely still feel the prana in your body connecting with the stillness connecting with the energy in get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose in three two one all the way in filling up all the way pull your shoulders back soften your belly and be still we're going to sip a little more breath in sip it in in good inflate it all the way holding the breath we're almost there we're going to sigh the breath out in three two one deep breath in and let it go ah breathing with me once again three two one in ah in and out through the mouth in ah hold it at the top sigh it out in three two take a nice recovery breath in and sigh it out thank you everyone for practicing prana breathing with me today my name is Ben Holt and until next time namaste
