Use this practice first thing in the morning or anytime you need to enhance your vibration/energy. This practice is also fantastic to use before any manifestation practice.

Hello everyone and welcome.

My name is Ben Holt and in this breath work practice today we are going to be doing breath of gratitude.

This breath work practice is designed to create a very powerful connection to the heart and the connection to the very high vibrational energy of gratitude.

We're going to be using this breath work practice as a powerful morning practice that allows for us to anchor in the energy of gratitude so that our entire day can be high vibrational and conducive to our energy and the energy of those around us.

So let's go ahead and dive right in.

Go ahead and sit up in a nice comfortable position or you can also do this practice laying down and once you've arrived into the position that works best for you and feels comfortable for your body,

Let's take a nice deep breath in through the nose together filling up the belly,

Chest,

And head and sighing it out through the mouth.

One more deep breath just like that.

Deep breath in through the nose into the belly,

Chest,

And head.

Briefly holding at the top and sighing it out.

Now as we proceed I invite you to take a moment and visually and energetically connect with what it is you're most grateful for in this life.

It can be one thing or it can be many things.

It can be a person.

It can be your journey of life.

It can be a thing.

It can be a pet.

It can be anything at all.

But I invite you to call in whatever it is that you love,

That you're grateful for.

Call upon the energy.

Feel the energy of gratitude,

The energy of love as you call upon what it is you're most grateful for.

Gently breathing in and out through your nose,

Relaxing the body and feeling the energy come to you as you breathe gently and steadily.

I invite you now to allow a smile to come to your face.

Just notice how your energy shifts when you do something as simple as smile.

And now let that smile be shared throughout your entire body.

Allow your heart to smile.

Allow every cell in your body to smile with you.

Feel the sensations of every organ,

Every muscle,

Every bone,

Every square inch of you to smile with gratitude,

With thankfulness,

With love.

And just notice how it feels to call in the energy of gratitude into the entire body,

To allow the energy of gratitude to flow through you effortlessly.

And now we'll begin to focus on our breath.

As we inhale,

I invite you to inhale a beautiful golden green light that represents pure loving gratitude energy.

As you inhale and exhale that light and that energy back into the space,

Filling the space around you.

Inhaling the light back in through the body,

Washing and cleansing each and every cell and exhaling the light back into the space,

Filling the space even more.

Inhaling this beautiful loving energy of gratitude and exhaling it back into the space,

Feeling a deep relaxation and connection to yourself and your body.

Inhaling,

Feeling a washing every cell and exhaling,

Releasing,

Emptying this beautiful energy into your space.

Inhaling,

Filling up with this beautiful light and exhaling.

Inhaling,

Filling back up.

On this next exhale,

Let it go with a big ah.

Inhaling this beautiful light,

Washing each and every cell and exhaling back into this space.

Inhaling,

Feeling the energy fill up and exhaling.

Notice yourself smiling as you inhale through the nose and smiling as you open your mouth and sigh the breath out.

Continuing this flow.

Inhaling,

Big smile and exhaling,

Letting go with a big smile.

Inhaling,

Feeling the energy course through your blood,

Through your body and letting go.

Inhaling,

Filling all the way and exhaling,

Releasing back into the space.

Continue to breathe with me now as we fill the body with light and gratitude and exhale that gratitude and light back into our space.

Our entire room is filled with this light and energy now and as we continue to breathe,

We feel this deep sensation of connection to our hearts,

Connection to the energy of thankfulness,

Connection to the universe and to God.

Continuing to breathe,

We will pray,

Thank you universe for all that is.

Thank you for the gifts of today.

Thank you for the abundance,

The beauty,

The blessings,

The lessons that I will receive today.

I give thanks,

I give thanks,

I give thanks for all of the blessings in my life.

Thank you for continuing to bestow these beautiful blessings upon me.

Thank you for this beautiful life.

Thank you for this beautiful journey.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Continuing to breathe for the next few minutes,

Remembering to inhale the beautiful golden green light and exhale this light back into the space,

The light forming around you in a beautiful symphony,

A beautiful cocoon,

Healing and nurturing you in every way.

Continue to follow my breath.

I'm going to simply guide you with the breath now.
