Hello everyone and welcome to this guided breathwork experience.
In today's breathwork session we are going to be doing a combination of dynamic breathwork and rebalancing breath.
We're going to be mixing up the tempo and the pace at which we're going to be breathing in and out through the mouth and in and out through the nose.
So I'm going to fully guide you through the entire process and all you have to do is listen to my cues,
Listen to my guidance and follow along with my breath.
With that being said now is a great time to go ahead and get in a comfortable seated position or a lying position if that is more comfortable for you.
If you are used to lying down while doing breathwork or if this is your first time doing breathwork in a long time or ever then go ahead and lie down.
But if you are used to doing breathwork and you are a veteran breathwork practitioner then you can sit up to do this practice.
All right without further ado let's get into it.
I'll take a few moments to go ahead and allow for you to get into a nice comfortable seated position or in a lying position.
All right now that you are in a comfortable position and you are ready to rock and roll let's go ahead and begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and let it go.
Perfect.
We'll begin with dynamic breathwork breathing in and out through the mouth and following my breath.
We'll begin in three two one breath in let it go.
Perfect big breath in filling up all the way inside the breath out blowing it all out hold your breath be still.
Stay.
Get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose in three now sip a little more breath in.
Good.
Great job everybody.
That was a round one of dynamic breathwork.
We have one more round of dynamic so go ahead and adjust yourself as needed as we begin for round two breathing in and out through the mouth in three two all the way inside the breath out low get ready to take a deep breath in through the nose in three now sip a little more breath in good and get ready to sigh the breath out in three great work everyone you've successfully accomplished dynamic breathwork now we are going to dive into rebalancing breath breathing in and out through the nose following my breath we'll begin in three two great job everybody let's go ahead and get ready for our second round of rebalancing breath we're going to begin breathing in and out through the nose in three two slowly exhale through the nose great job everyone we are now slowly exhale through the nose and let it go ah beautiful work everyone you have successfully accomplished the completion of this breathwork practice today i appreciate you very much thank you for practicing with me and my invitation to you is to go ahead and to relax into the music into your body into this moment for the next few minutes i'll go ahead and keep the music playing so that you can just chill for a bit and connect with yourself if you feel called to move your body and dance a bit that is very welcome as well it's always an honor to share the breath with you and this has been hope signing off and until next time namaste
