Hello everyone and welcome to this Prana Portals breathwork experience.
My name is Ben Holt and this is a conscious collaboration between myself and DJ Taz Rashid.
In this breathwork flow,
We are going to be doing dynamic breathwork,
Meaning we'll do 33 controlled hyperventilated breaths.
We'll do a big inhale and then exhale all the breath out.
We'll hold our breath for about a minute.
Then we'll inhale the breath in through the nose and hold the breath with our shoulders back and our lungs fully expanded.
Then we'll slowly arm the breath out after about another minute.
I'm going to guide you through this entire experience so don't worry,
You're going to be fully guided the entire time.
With that being said,
Let's take a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and sigh it out through the mouth.
Deep breath in through the nose,
Let it go.
Go ahead and get nice and comfortable either sitting up in a very safe area or lying down flat on your back.
For the first part of this session,
We're going to be breathing in and out through the mouth.
The only time we'll breathe through the nose is on our big inhale after our exhale hold.
We'll be ready to begin in five,
Four,
Three,

Deep breath in.
You're doing great.
Inhale,
Let it go.
Inhale,
Stay connected with your breath.
Keep going.
Almost there.
Just a few more to go.

Hold the breath.
Complete stillness.

We'll take a deep breath in through the nose in five,
Four,

Deep breath in.
Shoulders back,
Belly soft.
Soften the throat and the face and take a little more air in as much as you can,
Filling up all the way.
Almost there.
Feel your power.
Feel your prana.
We're going to arm the breath out in five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Take a deep recovery breath in through the nose and let it go.
Beautiful work.
That was round one.
We have one more round to go.
Take another deep breath in and let it go.
Lovely.
Breathing slow through the nose for just a moment.
Grounding yourself,
Preparing for round two.
And we'll begin round two in five,

Two,
One.
Take a deep breath in.
Keep going.

Deep inhale and let it go.

Stay with the rhythm.

Feel the prana moving through your body.

Shoulders back.
