And in today's breathwork session,
We are going to be doing a combination of dynamic breathwork,
Breath of fire,
And rebalancing breathwork.
Dynamic breathwork will be in and out through the mouth and will sound like this.
And breath of fire will be in and out through the nose,
Pumping the diaphragm,
Sounding like this.
I will give you cues on when to hold your breath for rebalancing breathwork.
So go ahead and get into a nice,
Comfortable position,
And let's get started.
We'll start dynamic breathwork in and out through the mouth now,
In,
Out,
Nice and slow,
In,
Out,
Breath,
In,
Out,
Breath of fire,
Pumping the breath with the nose,
Pumping your diaphragm with every breath.
Stay with it.
You got this.
We're going to take a deep breath in through the nose now,
And exhale through the nose.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the nose.
Keep going just like that,
In.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the nose.
Blow all the breath out and hold the breath.
We're going to take a deep breath in through the nose in three,
Two,
One.
Hold the breath for just a moment and sigh the breath out.
Deep breath in and let it go.
Let's take another deep breath in and sigh it out.
Awesome job.
We're going to begin round two.
So go ahead and get into a conducive space to begin the second round.
And we'll begin dynamic breathwork,
Breathing in and out through the mouth in three,
Two,
One.

Out,
Nice and slow.
