Find yourself in a comfortable seated position.
Close down the eyes.
Allow the spine to be long,
Rooted down from the tailbone all the way to the crown of the head.
This allows your energy to flow freely through your body.
Bring your palms facing up towards the sky,
Either on the knees or resting in the lap.
Take a few nourishing deep breaths to ground into your body.
Inhale through the nose,
Hold the breath and exhale slowly.
Again inhale through the nose,
Hold the breath,
Then exhale,
Sigh it out.
Take one more here,
Inhaling,
Holding and sighing it out.
Now bring all your awareness to your heart centre,
To your Anahata chakra.
Visualise here a lotus flower,
Closed.
Imagine it opening its twelve petals until it is completely open.
From the centre of this lotus flower,
Visualise the colour green.
This green light coming from the very centre of this flower that is in your heart.
This green light providing warmth,
A gentleness.
Watch as it spreads throughout your full body,
Through the chest,
Into the torso,
The stomach,
Through your back,
Shoulder blades,
Arms,
Down through your hips and legs,
Down through the soles of your feet,
Travelling up through the chest,
Through the shoulders,
Into the neck,
Through the head,
The crown chakra,
Through your face.
So that your whole body now is being illuminated with that green light.
Every cell,
Every part of you now vibrates with this loving energy.
It vibrates with this warmth,
This compassion.
Now ask yourself,
What does unconditional love feel like for you?
How would it feel to receive unconditional love?
Allow your heart to open to receive that unconditional love right now.
It is waiting there,
Waiting to come to you.
All you have to do is open your heart to receive it.
Give yourself the permission.
You are worthy of unconditional love.
This unconditional love turns to compassion.
Compassion for yourself.
Can you send yourself some compassion in this moment?
Can you send that compassion out towards others?
This compassion turns to forgiveness.
Can you forgive yourself right here,
Right now?
Can you forgive any others right now?
Return back to that feeling of love now.
Whatever love feels like for you.
Tap into that feeling in your body.
Breathe in it.
Give yourself the permission now to be in that state of love.
It is safe for you to receive.
It is safe for you to open your heart.
It is safe for you to forgive.
It is safe for you to give love,
To be love.
You are worthy.
Place one hand onto your heart and the other on top.
Take a big inhale through the nose.
Hold the breath.
And sigh it out.
You can open up your eyes whenever you feel ready.
Knowing that you can come back to this space of the heart whenever you need.
