Welcome to our meditation which is going to be a little mid booster meditation.
So perfect for in the morning or if you're just feeling a little bit iffy during the day.
It's just a short meditation to boost your energy,
To bring your vibe up.
So if you get yourself in a comfortable seated position whatever that looks like for you.
Take a moment here to just move your body.
Maybe move the neck,
Roll the shoulders,
Wiggle the fingers and toes.
Making any little adjustments so that you can feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
And once you feel ready you can begin to close the eyes.
Letting your awareness rest on your breath.
Going into the inhale and exhale.
Maybe you can feel the breath against your nostrils.
Maybe you focus upon the movement of your belly or chest.
Letting all your awareness come inwards.
Keepening the breath,
Allowing yourself to inhale,
Pause and exhale.
Inhale,
Pause and exhale.
Feel free to sigh that exhaling.
Sighing out any thoughts,
Any worries or tension that you might have.
And bringing your awareness to your heart center,
To our Anahata chakra right in the middle of your chest.
Breathe into that space here.
And as you breathe I want you to envision a white glowing light.
Imagine it beginning to glow right in the center of your chest.
Spreading through your heart.
Feeling this warmth,
This loving energy,
This calming energy.
Feel it spread to the chest,
Shoulders,
Into the back,
Into your stomach,
Down your arms,
All the way towards the hands,
The back of the hands,
The fingers and the palms.
See that light radiate out of the palms.
The light travels down your back to your hips,
To your thighs,
To your knees,
Calves and knees,
To your feet and out of the soles of your feet.
Radiating out.
Then it journeys through your neck and throat,
Into your head.
Through your crown chakra,
Right at the top of your head.
Radiating out.
Through your face.
Until every cell of your body is glowing,
Is radiant and loving light.
This light spreads from your body,
From every cell,
Into your aura,
Surrounding you,
Holding you.
Feel every cell begin to be in that energy of love,
Of joy,
Of contentment and freedom.
This light,
This bubble that holds you,
Can stay with you.
This is your positive bubble of energy.
Your own radiating light.
Your safe space.
The space here,
Where you are in your own energy.
The space for you.
Notice how light you feel.
Maybe even a smile comes across your face.
This bubble that you have created,
You can take with you into your day.
Letting it protect you.
Letting it keep your energy.
And whatever you feel throughout the day,
Maybe your energy is feeling off.
And come back to your bubble.
Remind yourself all that light that surrounds you.
Breathe it in.
Bring one hand onto your heart and one onto your stomach.
Let's close our meditation with a big releasing breath.
So inhale through the nose.
Hold the breath.
And then sigh it out.
You can move your fingers,
Your toes.
And when you feel ready,
Open up the eyes and come back to the space that you're in.
That is our meditation finished.
