Hi this is Colleen Clare here and I'm going to be guiding you through some self love affirmations.
Find yourself in a comfortable position either seated or lying down.
Close down the eyes.
Take a big releasing breath.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
And again,
Inhale.
Exhale,
Let it go.
One last time,
Inhale.
Exhale,
Release.
Repeat the following affirmations either in your mind or out loud.
Whatever feels best for you.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am deserving.
I am whole and complete.
I am beautiful.
I forgive myself.
My body is strong.
My body is beautiful.
My heart is pure.
I am loving.
I am kind.
I am loved.
I am worthy of my own love.
I am worthy of all the love in the world.
I am perfect just as I am.
I am clever.
I can achieve whatever I want.
I am worthy of my wildest dreams.
I accept myself exactly as I am.
I am creative.
I am beautiful.
My body is beautiful.
I attract good things into my life.
I attract love wherever I go.
I am strong.
I am at peace with myself.
I lovingly let go whatever no longer serves me.
I am constantly growing into the best version of myself.
I am perfect just as I am.
I love myself.
I love who I am.
I love my body.
I love me.
I love me.
Allowing these words to fill up the full of your body.
To come through every cell.
Whenever you feel like you might need that extra bit of reassurance,
That extra bit of love,
Come back to this meditation.
Come back to these affirmations.
And know that you are worthy.
You are enough.
You are loved.
