Welcome to our self love affirmation meditation.
You can bring yourself into a comfortable seated position,
Closing down the eyes,
Bringing one hand onto your heart and one onto your belly if that feels good.
We'll begin by taking a big nourishing breath.
So inhaling through the nose,
Holding the breath and exhaling through the mouth.
The affirmations we will be reciting are affirmations designed to help you get into a more self loving mindset.
So you can repeat these affirmations either in your head or maybe out loud if that feels good.
Please know that if any affirmations don't resonate with you then that is okay.
You can take what does and leave what doesn't.
So now in your mind or out loud repeat in following phrases.
I am enough.
I am enough.
I am worthy.
I am deserving.
I am worthy.
I am deserving.
I love and honor myself.
My body is my home.
I take care of my body.
I know that in every instance I am enough.
I know that I am deserving of my heart's desires.
I know that good things are coming to me.
I am not perfect and I do not have to be to be worthy of love.
Me being me is simply enough.
I value myself.
I know that I can overcome any challenges that might arise.
I know I am loved.
I know that I am love.
My body is strong.
My body is beautiful.
I am beautiful.
I am a radiant person.
My energy is attracting good things.
Good things are coming to me.
I am abundant in all aspects of my life.
I know that all change begins with self love.
I know that I am deserving of happiness and that happiness lives within me.
I am enough.
I am kind.
I am inspiring.
I have infinite wisdom.
I know that I don't have to prove to anyone that I am worthy or deserving because I am always worthy.
The world is a better place with me in it.
I make other people's lives better for being in them.
I love who I am.
I love my personality.
I love my body.
I love me.
I love me.
I love me.
Let's take a big inhale through the nose.
Hold.
And exhale through the mouth.
That is our affirmation practice finished.
I hope you enjoyed it.
Thank you as always.
Namaste.
