Welcome to this morning meditation.

Feel free to do this meditation whilst lying in your bed or if you'd like you can take a comfortable position.

Close down the eyes and let yourself come inwards.

Take these moments to tune in to your body.

To connect with yourself.

To connect with your heart,

Your soul as you journey into the day.

Notice how your body feels.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretching your arms,

Legs.

Encourage your body to wake up.

To move it lovingly.

Tenderly.

Take notice of your breath.

Begin to invite your breath deeper.

Inhaling fully and exhaling completely.

Inhaling this new day.

This new energy.

As you exhale,

Let go of the sleep.

The night.

Of any tiredness.

Let go through the breath.

Bring your awareness to your heart centre.

Invite your heart to open here.

Maybe even place a hand on top of your heart.

Breathing to that space.

Bring your day connecting with your heart.

Welcoming it to come forth.

To lead you through your day.

To lead you through any encounters.

Interactions.

Ask it now to guide you as you journey through this day.

Then begin to see a white light emerging from your heart.

Shining out your heart and into your chest.

Shines out of your chest.

Filling up your whole body with this loving energy.

This loving light.

Filling up your aura.

Filling up the space that you're in.

Feel yourself immersed in this light.

Breathing it in.

And breathing it out.

And take the moment here,

Whilst bathing in this light.

To ask yourself how you'd like to journey through your day.

What it is that you need from this day.

Set your intention for your day.

It could be to think moments of still.

Moments of calm.

It could be to see the world through loving eyes.

To lead your day from the heart.

Whatever it is.

Gently repeat that to yourself.

Breathing it in.

Letting it settle.

Letting it settle from the heart.

Today is going to be a beautiful day.

Today is going to be a wonderful day.

I journey through my day with grace and ease.

My day is filled with love and contentment.

I journey through my day following my heart.

Leading from my soul.

Every encounter I experience today brings me joy.

My day is filled with abundance.

I lovingly manage any situations that come up for me today.

I overcome any challenges with grace,

With ease.

Today is going to be a wonderful day.

Today is going to be a wonderful day.

Today is going to be a loving,

Joyful day.

Hearing these words settle into your being.

Let yourself soak up these positive affirmations,

Carrying them with you throughout your day.

Take a big inhale here.

Hold and let go.

Place one hand on your heart.

Connect with that space.

And know that throughout your day you can come back to this feeling.

You can come back to this space whenever you feel like it.

A wonderful day.
