Gently close the eyes.
Bring your palms onto your lap,
Either looking up towards the sky or down towards the ground.
Allow your focus to come into your body.
Bringing your awareness onto your breath.
Notice every single breath,
Every inhale and every exhale.
Feel as you relax with every breath.
Feel as any tension in the body melts away with the exhale breath.
Feel as every cell in your body becomes calm.
Feel as your mind too begins to soften,
Begins to relax.
With every breath you become more and more relaxed.
And softening through your full body.
In your mind,
Want you to think about what you'd like your life to look like.
How would you like your life to be?
What things are you doing?
How do you go about your day?
Who are the people that you're interacting with?
And how do you feel?
Visualize your day.
What does your day look like?
Allow visualization to become clear.
I want you to connect with the feelings.
What is it that you'd like to feel?
Is it joy,
Contentment,
Excitement,
Peace?
Connect with that feeling.
Know that this feeling already lives within you.
Lives within the center of your heart.
Perhaps thinking about a time that you've felt this emotion.
And allow yourself to settle into that feeling.
Allow that emotion and feeling to spread from your heart.
From your mind,
Your visualization into your being.
Into every cell.
Breathe in this feeling.
Feel as it enters every cell,
Every space in your body.
Allowing you to fully embrace this feeling.
Staying connected.
Know that when you connect with the feeling,
You're becoming a magnet for what it is you'd like to bring into your life.
Allow yourself to raise your vibration.
To let the universe,
The world know that you're ready to call in.
Whatever it is you desire.
Allow yourself to become an open channel to receive.
Perhaps continue to visualize.
Continue to connect.
Know that whatever it is you'd like to call in is waiting for you.
Know that whatever you're wanting to call in is ready.
Know yourself that you're ready to step into this new desire.
This new vibration.
Continue to feel as if this thing,
This desire is coming true.
Feel it deep in your body.
Deep in your heart.
And from this space,
I want you to think about something that you're grateful for in your life right now.
Don't worry about how big or small this thing is.
Just see it in your mind's eye.
Feel as that sense of happiness comes into your body.
Perhaps even a smile comes onto your face.
Express that gratitude.
Let the world know that you're grateful for what it is you have in your life.
And say thank you.
Continue to breathe.
And stay with this feeling of gratitude.
Stay with this emotion.
Feel as you become one with your desires.
Feel as you open yourself up to what you would like to call in.
Know that you are worthy of all your desire.
Know you're deserving.
Very slowly begin to come back to your body.
Begin to invite some movement back.
Taking a big deep inhale and exhale through the mouth.
Open up the eyes.
And know that you can come back to this meditation whenever you feel like raising your vibration.
