Hi,

This is Colleen Clare here and I am so honored and grateful to be guiding you through your meditation today.

Before we get started,

I'd like you to make yourself as comfortable as possible either sitting or lying down.

Grab hold of any blankets,

Any pillows,

Anything that's going to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

You can pause this meditation here and take a moment to grab whatever you might need.

And whenever you feel ready,

Close down the eyes.

Begin to feel into your natural breath.

Follow the journey of every breath.

Notice where the breath goes with the inhale.

Notice where the breath ends with the exhale.

Ask yourself,

How do I feel right now?

Being honest with what you might feel.

Don't label things as good or bad.

Allow yourself just to be present with whatever's alive in you right now.

Start with whatever you feel,

Knowing that whatever you feel right now is completely okay.

Then asking yourself if there's anything you'd like to let go of,

Anything you'd like to release.

Perhaps it's reoccurring thoughts or worries or stress.

Allow it to go with the exhale breath.

Becoming more relaxed with every breath.

In your mind,

Visualizing yourself in a safe space.

Whatever that might look like for you.

Perhaps it's in nature.

Or perhaps it's in a room.

Or a favorite place as a child.

Perhaps it's the beach.

Wherever this safe space is,

Just be there.

Notice your surroundings.

Notice what you can see,

What you might hear.

Is it cold?

Or is it warm?

Is there any smells?

Taking in your surroundings.

Then notice a child sitting down on the ground,

Drawing on some paper.

Walk over to the child and sit down next to it.

You notice that as this child looks up to you,

This is your younger self.

This child is you.

See your younger self's face.

See their eyes,

Their smile.

Younger self hands you a pencil and you begin to draw with your inner child.

Being present with your younger self.

Laughing,

Talking,

Feeling full of joy.

You look at your younger self in the eyes,

Noticing yourself looking lovingly back to you.

Notice the unconditional love this child has.

And you repeat the following words to your inner child.

You are loved.

You are safe.

You are wonderful.

You are worthy.

You are deserving.

You are beautiful.

See the smile on your younger self's face.

See yourself being lit up.

Your younger self embraces you in a cuddle.

Feel that unconditional love,

Appreciation.

Stay with that feeling for a moment.

Notice your younger self pills away,

They morph into a teenage version of yourself.

You observe them for a minute.

Taking them in.

Noticing what they might be doing.

You tell them what they might need to hear.

What advice do you have for your teenage self?

Embrace them in your arms.

Whisper the following words.

You are loved.

You are enough.

You are worthy.

You are deserving.

I love you.

Remember to embrace that teenage version of yourself.

And they begin to morph again.

This time,

There's yourself as you are right now.

Sitting in front of them.

Look into your own eyes.

Notice the beauty of your eyes.

And tell yourself whatever you might need to hear right now.

What advice do you have for yourself in this moment?

Then taking your own hands,

Continue to look into your own eyes and repeat the following words.

You are loved.

You are worthy.

You are deserving.

You are enough.

I love you.

Embrace yourself and feel that love.

Feel those words ripple through your full body.

Right now,

Begin to feel into your own breath again.

Begin to feel the rise and fall of the chest or belly.

Coming back to the here and now.

Bring one hand on top of the other at your heart center.

And one last time,

Repeat the following words.

I am enough.

I am worthy.

I am deserving.

I am loved.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Take one big releasing breath,

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth.

Allow the hands to come away from the heart center,

Perhaps back down into your lap or beside the body.

Whenever you feel ready,

Open up the eyes again.

Remember that you are enough.

Thank you for listening.

Namaste.
