This body scan practice is open-ended and is meant to be paired with silent meditation of the practitioner's choosing afterward. We will conduct a body scan, bringing a calm, wakeful awareness to each body part as it is named. Progressing through the body, we will become unified and one with our bodies, allowing them to be as they were meant to be, a vessel for the mind.
