This meditation is an abbreviated Tonglen practice. It was put together for a student of mine but serves as a nice, shortened metta practice for those who don't have time for a full practice. Together, we will practice loving ourselves, sending love to a loved one, and transforming darkness from and sending love to someone we don't get along with.
