We are what we think and whatever we think,
We become.
I invite you to try something new by reprogramming your mind with powerful daily affirmations and I am statements.
To become the self-confident and self-honoring 30-something woman that I know you already are.
Affirmations are proven to help create new thought patterns in your brain through repeated listening and reciting.
They allow your mind to build new positive thought patterns and break free from negative thoughts that keep you small or hold you back from being confident in who you are.
After I say each affirmation,
I want you to repeat each one back to yourself either out loud or in your head.
Listen to this session recording every day for 21 days,
No matter where you like to listen.
Either in the morning before everybody gets up for the day or after you drop the kids off to school,
While you're on a morning walk,
Pushing the stroller,
Or at night before bed.
Let's begin.
It's okay to take time for myself.
I do not have to be just one thing.
I can be strong and soft.
I can be passionate and gentle.
I can be a healer also needing to be healed.
I am multi-dimensional.
I am not perfect and it's okay to take missteps.
What I have to say matters.
I have the right skill set and abilities to do what I am meant to do.
I am accomplishing enough.
It's okay to feel like I'm not there yet.
The truth is,
I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be.
I already have exactly what I'm supposed to have right now.
I am not stuck.
I am not behind.
I am exactly where I need to be.
The work I do is important today and every day.
I am valuable.
I deserve a community of love and support in my life.
My gifts are greatly needed in this world.
The world needs me just the way I am.
There is space for what I have to offer.
There is space for me.
It's safe to try something new.
I can chase my dreams.
I don't need to be afraid of making the wrong choice.
The braver I am,
The luckier I get.
I learn and grow by trying new things.
It's okay to not know.
I can ask for help when I need it.
I trust my journey and I don't need to compare it to others.
I am at peace with who I am.
I am proud to be myself.
I can see and experience the beauty all around me when I'm looking for it.
I can let go of who I think I should be and I can embrace who I am here and now.
I am grateful for these affirmations today and I promise to myself that I will show up and listen to them again tomorrow.
