Tonight we begin here,
By gently closing your eyes.
And taking a moment to center your attention on your breathing.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breath,
Without trying to change it.
Feeling your heart and mind beginning to center,
As you inhale slowly and deeply through the nose.
Feeling the way your belly expands as you hold.
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Drawing in positive energy as you breathe in deeply.
Feeling that stillness when you pause.
And release as you feel your muscles relax.
Noticing empty space between an exhale and an inhale.
Just before your breath begins to return to a gentle natural rhythm of its own.
Beginning to imagine the gentle glow of a full moon hovering above you.
Easily passing through anything and everything in between.
With your next inhale,
Imagine the moon's energy intertwining with your own.
Like tendrils of light reaching and connecting with one another.
Inhale,
Hold the breath.
Begin to sense the blending of the two energies within you.
And as you exhale,
Imagine this new energy as a soft luminous glow blowing through your body.
From your head down into your toes.
Bringing harmony and balance to every space within you.
The moon's energy cleanses anything you need to release tonight.
She easily carries it away.
And in turn,
You feel a lightness.
And find yourself more at ease with every breath you take.
The moon holds such power of wisdom,
Reflecting the light of the sun,
To illuminate themes in your life as she cycles through the year.
And this month,
She shines brightly on your sense of community and relationships.
So we pause here.
To honor any new friendship or connections you have recently made over this past moon cycle or year.
Tonight,
We all celebrate you.
You have been more open to growth and learning.
To putting yourself out there and seeing how it goes.
The light of the moon is here to guide you.
Her rhythm helps us connect to our own.

Taking a final deep breath in here.
And exhale.
Bringing your awareness back into your body.
To exactly where you are.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
