Some experiences are so vivid and powerful that they remain with us for all of our lives.
And in them,
We can find both meaning and gratitude.
And they can serve us long after they have occurred.

Let's begin by closing down your eyes and taking a slow deep breath in.
Inviting your body to relax and settle as you exhale.
Take another deep breath in,
Nice and slow.
Feel everything around you begin to calm.
Let your muscles unwind and relax.
Allow your shoulders to fall.
And with one more deep breath in,
I want you to think back to another moment in your life that brought you joy.
Perhaps one of the happiest moments of your life.
And just take yourself right back there,
To whenever that moment was.
And notice in your body how it feels to think of this memory and call it forward.
And feel it flooding over you from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Almost as if you had champagne bubbles flowing through you.
This is the energy of joy.
Allow yourself to savor its sweetness.
You are the creator of all things in your paradigm,
And I hope this serves you as a reminder that you can always be inspired by your own life.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale as you release.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and return to your life,
It's all yours.
