
Monthly Goal-Mapping From The Heart
Grab your journal and pen. This is a 45-minute goal-mapping session done differently so that you can plan the next month or cycle ahead from your heart-space. Claudia-Sam guides you first through a grounding meditation and then invites you to listen to your intuition as you answer the self-inquiry questions recorded from one of her Soul Connection Coaching group sessions. Reshape what it means for you to live with intention, and embody what it feels like to be in alignment with your goals.

Let's begin by tuning in with a grounding meditation so that we can gently shift our awareness out from the head and arrive in our heart space.
Close your eyes and become aware of the energy that you have right now.
The energy that you are embodying.
What is it?
What does it feel like?
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Open the mouth.
Exhale.
Keeping the eyes closed,
Following the in and out of the breath.
Allowing any tension on the face to relax.
Allowing the jaw to drop,
The tongue to lower.
Maybe even roll the shoulders up and back as you get into the body but yet you are landing in the heart.
Notice the heart beating.
You are here for a reason.
You landed here because part of who you are needed to align with the heart.
Trust that there is nothing else for you to do.
You get to honor being right here,
Right now.
Lengthen the spine,
Lift the crown of the head,
Feel the seat,
The support and notice maybe by scanning the body very gently,
Notice if there's any part in the body that feels tense that needs to chill right now.
We're not here to judge parts of us.
We're not there to point fingers and say that some parts shouldn't be here and rather we are opening the space for all parts of who we are to gather,
To be witnessed.
So become aware now if the mind is taking you in places where maybe you're creating stories,
Maybe there is worry or doubt.
Just be aware and now make a commitment.
Claim energetically to the wholeness of who you are,
That you are safe,
That you wish to not engage in those thoughts of doubt of worry because you are shifting into a new pattern.
You are choosing to consciously let the heart guide you.

I know you're trying to protect me.
Can you please have a seat?
I'm allowing my heart to guide me now.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
From this space of connection,
Here's our first question.
When I ask the question,
If you find your mind trying to figure it out,
If the mind wants to anchor into thoughts,
Into memories,
Into key points of life,
Just see that and use your awareness to,
Like an elevator,
Drop down to the heart.
Long slow deep breaths.
This is like a popcorn of information.
You allow the intuition to speak the first things that come through and you write them down.
Just let the pen take you where it needs to go for each question.
What was the last month like?
What was the last month like?
Did you fully align with your intention?
Did you fully align with your intention?
What was the last month like?
What are you proud of?
What are you proud of?
And go ahead and journal about that.
You you you you All right,
We're going to continue with this question.
What allowed the past what allowed the past month's experience to be the way it was?
What allowed the past month's experience to be the way it was?
In an invitation to be a witness to the way you must have and were operating through life last month,
As we gently move into the way we want to operate and move through this month,
We get to just witness what allowed the past month's experience to be the way it was.
And when I say what,
I mean maybe there's an energy,
Maybe there's a belief you had,
Maybe there was a way of being you embodied.
You you you you what part of you felt alive what part of you felt alive last month in your experience and what part of you felt forgotten what part of you felt alive and what part of you felt forgotten and when I talk about parts of ourselves I'm inviting you to not let the head try to figure out part what does she mean and rather allow your heart to speak we have different different parts and you get to right now make your own definition of what those are what part of you felt alive last month and what part of you felt forgotten you you you you okay so we looked at what was the last month like did you fully align with your intention what are you proud of what allowed the experience of the past month to be the way it is it was what part of you felt alive and what part of you felt forgotten and now we're going to enter more of the mind but we get to answer from the heart what beliefs did you engage in that did not serve you what beliefs did you engage in that did not serve you and to answer that question you might go to your breath and then ask what were the thoughts I was entertaining what were the thoughts I was entertaining and from that place the beliefs might show up you you you you if you feel ready to go to the next question we are moving from the past to right now and right now over the last few days today who are you allowing yourself to be who are you allowing yourself to be and remember go back to the breath allow the smooth always present flow of the breath remind you of this present moment that all the answers to these questions get to come from a part within you that is right here right now not in the past that's not in the future that's not in a worry doubt or fear or lack it's right here in your heart in alignment with your breath who are you allowing yourself to be right now you you you you you you you you you This next question is a series of questions just like what we started with today There were like three questions just to kind of give you a little bit more guidance.
So This one is in regards to those feelings that you want to feel this coming month Who do you get to be?
Who do you get to be this coming month to embody those feelings?
In other words,
What energies do you wish to embody?
What energies do you wish to attract and choose for yourself this month?
Or what beliefs do you get to have?
Because the beliefs,
The energy,
The person you get to be in this month the person you get to be and embody all take a part in you feeling the way you want to feel To embody the way you want to feel,
Who do you get to be this coming month?
What energies do you get to embody and what beliefs do you get to have?
You you you you you you What does embodying this way of being look like for you?
This is where you really get to use your imagination from a heart space from this heightened level of awareness that this version of you feeling the way you want to feel of having the beliefs and the thought patterns that you want to have What does it look like?
What are you wearing?
Who are you with?
What actions are you taking?
Where are you going outside for a walk?
Which types of people are you working with?
What is the job that you have?
What are the interactions with people that you get to have?
What is your reaction and response to other people's projections?
What does embodying this way of being look like for you?
You you you you I invite you to be aware that right now you are taking an action of love towards yourself.
This tuning in to who you want to be,
Who you get to be,
Who you are,
How you want to feel,
What you want.
This is an act of love towards yourself and it is by doing this kind of work that we emanate this love and this sense of safety and worthiness around the world.
It is so needed right now.
So just by doing this right now,
By being here,
You contribute to elevating the level of love in the world.
Okay?
My next question for you is what is your intention?
What is this anchor,
Intention,
Affirmation,
Mantra?
What is the one sentence or two or three that you get to use over the next month to anchor back into what it looks like for you to embody the way you want to feel,
To embody the new thought patterns and the new beliefs?
And when we set an intention,
Please write it in the present tense,
Like it's already here.
I am safe and supported just by being me.
I am worthy and successful.
That is present tense affirmation,
Intention.
There's no wrong way to do this.
Let your heart speak.

And the next step here is to add anything that is not clear in regards to what it looks like to reach your intention,
Like this final destination of where you're going this month.
Even if this is a process,
It's a journey,
We get to embody this new version of ourselves throughout the day.
This final destination of being that version of you,
It's not reachable at the end of the month,
It is something you get to tap into day after day,
Time and time again during the day.
So what does it look like?
What does it feel like in the body?
The most important part is what does it feel like in the body?
Because so often we attach to this final destination,
This result of outside circumstances,
And now you are reshaping what it means for you to live in alignment,
To live with intention.
So what does it look like to reach your intention,
To be your intention?
What does it feel like in the body?
What does it feel like in the body?
So so so so so daily so so so so so in what ways if this is feeling like it's far away for you to get there what's like a tiny little step that you get to align with energetically that can be aligning thoughts choosing to change from one thought to another it can be also in your intention i'm working towards bringing that thought closer to me it doesn't have to be an end thing when you are creating intentions from a place of okay let me just plant the seed i'm not already the plant i'm not already the flower i'm planting the seed i'm not there yet i'm not in this new place i'm moving to yet but before i get to be a flower i plant the seed and i water it and i check it and i tune into it and i talk to it you know many people talk to their plants you can talk to your plant too in what ways will you water your seed every day so that you reach your intention of being the flower every day the last question what do you want to be held accountable for and how what do you want to be held accountable for is it about finding someone you love who understands the work of tuning into your intention and sharing that intention with them at the beginning of the week is it tuning into yourself by bringing that intention into your intention is it tuning into yourself by breathing and reading out loud your intention whatever you choose to step into and to take as an action to be held accountable this is you honoring what you want it's not about needing to do something or making this be a task and rather it's about offering a space if it feels supportive for you to be held accountable so so let all of this sink in and let the energy of positive energy source take what you wrote what you felt into what you desire and trust that it will bring it to you it will support you and guide you through embodying this as a life experience let's take one last deep long slow breath together exhale everything from the belly inhale through the nose make space in the body as the breath rises and exhale let it go and ground down remember that you are safe within who you are you get to embody who you are meant to be you are worthy as you are breathe that in and out and out may your intention flourish may the seed that you planted today be watered and may it grow into a beautiful blossom confident worthy loving self thank you so much for being here with me today if you have any questions i invite you to reach out to me you got this drink lots of water and just maybe now it's time to just let it go you did the work trust that what's done is done and should you choose to come back to it later you get to do that too you
