Cindy's passion in life is to explore the great mystery and to connect deeply with others. These desires have led her to degrees in Psychology and Archaeology as well as in depth study of Yoga and Shamanism. She has been teaching meditation and breathwork for over 13 years and loves to help others explore their inner planes and dimensions. When she's not trying to unlock the secrets of the universe, you can find Cindy outside exploring nature with her kids.
