So welcome to today's meditation,
Which will be around self-trust and building your confidence.
Settle yourself now into your space,
Getting as comfortable as you can be and taking a lovely,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and slowly exhaling.
And repeating that,
Allowing your body to relax into the space,
Allowing your mind to settle and allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment.
On your next in-breath,
Hold your breath for a moment and then exhale slowly.
Feel your body releasing any tension that may have built up over the night or over the day.
Breathing in deeply,
Holding and exhaling fully.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more calm,
More centered,
More at peace.
Now bringing your awareness to your body,
Starting at the top of your head and slowly moving down.
Relaxing your forehead,
Relaxing your face and your jaw,
Relaxing your shoulders.
Let your arms feel heavy.
Notice your chest rising and falling and relax your belly.
Release any tension,
Any holding in your hips and the same down your legs.
And into your feet.
Your entire body is now relaxed and at ease.
Now imagine yourself standing in a beautiful,
Open space.
The sun is shining gently on your skin,
On your face.
Softly warming you with its beautiful golden light.
A gentle breeze surrounds you and this breeze starts to whisper words of encouragement.
And you feel completely safe,
Standing tall.
The breeze whispers you are strong.
You are capable.
You are exactly where you need to be.
This feeling of safety,
Feeling of trust begins to grow within you.
Standing strong,
Standing confidently.
These feelings start to spread right through your body.
You are strong.
You are capable.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Now silently repeat these affirmations to yourself,
Allowing their truth to sink into your body and mind.
I trust myself to make the best decisions for my life.
My intuition is strong and I respect its wisdom.
I am confident in my abilities and choices.
I release the need for outside validation.
I trust myself.
Every challenge I face strengthens my self-trust.
I have everything I need within me to succeed.
I believe in my power to create a life I love.
I am worthy of believing in myself.
My inner voice is wise and I listen to it with confidence.
I am my own best guide.
I trust myself to make the best decisions for my life.
My intuition is strong and I honour its wisdom.
I am confident in my abilities and choices.
I release the need for outside validation.
I trust myself.
Every challenge I face strengthens my self-trust.
I have everything I need within me to succeed.
I believe in my power to create a life I love.
I am worthy of believing in myself.
My inner voice is wise and I listen to it with confidence.
I am my own best guide.
And take a moment to allow these affirmations to settle within you.
Feel them becoming a part of your being.
Imagine them weaving through every cell in your body.
Becoming who you are.
Now noticing your breath again.
Breathing in deeply.
And exhaling slowly.
Notice this newfound trust within you.
A stronger self-belief.
An inner knowing that you are more capable than you have allowed up until now.
Let this feeling stay with you as you go through your day,
Through your week.
And bringing some gentle movement back into your body.
Noticing your fingers and your toes.
Take one last deep breath in.
And exhaling.
And as you open your eyes and come back to your room.
Know that this sense of trust and confidence is always within you.
Because you are strong.
You are wise and you are capable.
