So take a few minutes to get settled,
Closing over your eyes if you haven't done so already,
Starting to become more aware of your breath,
Settling into this moment.
So bringing awareness to your body,
Notice the weight of your body in the chair,
And feel the stability of the ground beneath you.
On your next breath,
On the exhale,
I want you to consciously let go of any tension you might be holding,
And do this a couple of times,
Releasing the tension in your shoulders,
In your jaw,
In your hands.
Now,
As we start to feel a little more settled,
Let's set a gentle intention for this day.
What would you like to bring into today?
Perhaps it's clarity,
Efficiency,
Or calm determination.
So repeat silently to yourself,
Today I focus with ease,
I direct my energy towards what truly matters.
Feel these words settling into your body,
And from your body feel them like ripples expanding outward,
That intention moving out ahead of you into today.
Now imagine in your mind's eye,
A beautiful peaceful path in nature.
The air is fresh,
The sky is clear and blue,
And the path in front of you is open and inviting.
Each step you take represents a task that you will accomplish today.
With every breath,
Take another step forward,
Calm,
Steady,
Focused.
If distractions come in,
Imagine them as leaves drifting by on the stream beside you.
You acknowledge them,
But you can't hold on to them.
They float calmly away,
Leaving your mind clear and sharp.
Now repeat these affirmations,
I am focused and clear-minded,
I work with purpose and efficiency,
I direct my energy towards what truly matters,
My mind is calm and clear,
I trust in my ability to complete what needs to be done.
Let these affirmations sink into your body and mind,
Allowing them to guide you today,
All throughout the day.

Now bring your awareness to the centre of your chest,
To your heart space,
And imagine a beautiful warm golden light beginning to glow inside you.
With each inhale,
This light expands,
Filling your chest,
Filling your entire chest,
Spreading through your arms,
Down into your legs,
And right up to your head.
This beautiful golden light is pure energy,
Waking up every cell in your body,
Filling you with confidence,
Clarity and motivation.
You are recharged,
Fully present,
Ready for the day ahead.
Notice that light in your chest,
And feel it spread all throughout your body,
Dialing it up if necessary,
Energising,
Making you feel more confident,
More motivated to do exactly what you need to do today.
Allow that energy to surge through you,
And as it goes into all of your cells,
It locks in there,
Giving you that extra oomph that you'll need for today.
So taking a few more relaxing breaths,
Just knowing that that energy now is yours.
Breathing in,
Allowing everything to integrate in your body,
Breathing out,
Letting go of any tension,
Gently wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingers,
Noticing your body in the chair,
Noticing now how your body feels,
As it's ready to take on this day,
Sharp,
Clear,
Focused and energised.
Go into your day with confidence and intention,
This day is yours to create.
