So,

If you haven't done so already,

Close over your eyes and allow yourself to fully settle into this moment.

Taking a few deep breaths,

Inhaling and exhaling.

On your next breath,

Making it deeper,

Inhaling presence and exhaling everything else.

And today,

We're going to focus on the abundance that's already in our lives and practice some gratitude.

I'm grateful you've taken the time to meditate with me this morning.

You've taken the time for yourself,

Taken time to reconnect with yourself,

Time to reconnect with the truth that everything you need is already here.

So,

Let us practice gratitude in a grounded way with deep appreciation.

Practicing gratitude will remind you that you are supported,

You are guided and that life is unfolding for you exactly as it should be.

Just notice your body,

Feel it rest against the chair or the floor or the bed and just let yourself be held.

Breathing in and out,

Becoming aware of the breath but not changing it.

Becoming aware of the weight of your body,

How gravity pulls it down.

With each exhale,

Allow your body to be pulled,

To soften even more,

Allowing the tension to melt away.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw unclench and let yourself feel safe to receive.

Now,

Bring to mind something or someone you're grateful for.

Doesn't have to be anything big,

Could be a cup of tea or fresh water that you drank.

Just see that thing or that person clearly in your mind's eye and feel that sense of gratitude rise in your heart.

Feel it expand,

Breathe into it and with each inhale see that gratitude,

Feel that gratitude get bigger in your body and allow that feeling to wash all over you.

Now,

Without thinking too much,

Let your heart begin to tell you more things that you are grateful for.

Make a mental list,

No order,

No judgment,

Just notice.

Maybe a smile,

A moment of beauty,

Nature itself,

Strength that you didn't know you had.

With each breath in,

Fill yourself with this gratitude,

Allowing the feeling to expand,

Feel the warmth of this gratitude in your body.

We have so much to be grateful for.

We don't need to search for perfect moments,

Just the real ones.

Moments that shaped you,

Moments that held you,

Moments that woke you up.

Gratitude is the gateway to positive emotions,

Contentment,

Satisfaction,

Happiness,

Joy and abundance.

Imagine this gratitude as a little light radiating from your chest.

With every inhale it grows brighter and with every exhale it expands outwards.

Firstly,

Right through your body,

Feeling that gratitude and then beyond your body,

Filling the room.

This is how abundant you are and remember you are connected to the source of it.

You are already enough.

You are already supported.

You are already part of the flow of life's generosity.

I feel the ease of that truth and repeat silently,

I am grateful for all that I have and I am open to receiving more.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and remembering and repeating,

I am grateful for all that I am and I trust in what's coming for me.

I am grateful for all that I have and I am grateful for all that I am.

Just rest in that vibration for a few more moments.

We're now bringing the awareness back into your body,

Noticing the rise and fall of your chest,

Noticing any sensations in your body,

Maybe some tingling,

That glowing warmth,

Or maybe you feel a bit softer.

Now place a hand gently over your heart and say it quietly or out loud,

Thank you.

Thank you body.

Thank you for this moment.

Thank you for the life flowing through me.

Now take a beautiful big deep breath in and as you exhale allow that abundance to settle into your body,

Into your cells,

A new baseline,

A new energy to carry into this day.

Settling,

Accepting,

Acknowledging the abundance that is always there.

Now when you're ready,

Notice your fingers and your toes,

Bring some movement back into your body,

Taking a final deep breath in and exhaling,

Opening your eyes and remembering,

Even with eyes open,

To carry this gratitude with you.

Let this gratitude be a guide for your day,

A guide for your choices and allow it to shift your energy and notice the abundance that is already there.

Have a beautiful inner day.
