Closing over your eyes and taking a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling slowly and relaxing.
Place your hand over your heart and bring your attention to your heart area.
Imagine your breath flowing in and out through your heart.
With each inhale,
Feel your chest gently expand.
With each exhale,
Feel it relax.
Now,
Bring to mind someone or something you are grateful for.
Allow that feeling of gratitude to fill your heart and with each inhale,
Let that gratitude expand through your body.
Let the gratitude bring warmth and positivity to your heart space and visualize a warm gentle light radiating from your heart.
Imagine this light spreading through your body,
Filling you with love and compassion.
And as you continue to breathe into and out from your heart,
Let this loving energy expand beyond you,
Expand out into the room you are in,
Into the house or apartment,
Spreading out beyond the building,
Touching all in your neighborhood,
Expanding out into your town,
Your city,
Your country and spreading out over the whole world.
