Welcome.
This is your healing meditation.
The music you're hearing in the background is set at a frequency that accommodates oral cleansing and healing,
Particularly cell regeneration.
When you can,
Make your way to a seated position where you can set your body in such a way that your back and head and butt are supported.
Sitting against a wall on a pillow can easily accomplish this pose.
Laying down can accomplish this pose.
Sitting in a chair against a wall can also accomplish this pose.
The focus is that your body feel supported.
Once you have found your place,
Once your body is seated,
Feel your bottom being supported.
Feel the unquestionable mechanics that go into the support of your lower body.
Realize that without gravity,
The consistent force constantly pushing down,
You would not be able to sit in this relaxed position.
Realize that your mass becomes weight that can rest in stillness in this supported way because of gravity.
And every force has an equal and opposite force,
Which means that the earth,
Be it through the chair or through direct connection with the ground,
The earth is pushing against you.
The earth is pushing up to meet the force that you are pushing down with.
And even though you're pushing is effortless because it's aided by gravity,
You are in the middle of a balance,
A passive balance between earth and you.
In this very simple way,
In this very simple law of physics,
That every action has an equal and opposite reaction,
Every force has an equal and opposite force,
You are being held and supported at the same time.
As we work our way up the body,
Feel the lower back and the middle spine resting against the wall,
The chair,
The pillow,
Whatever you're using to make contact with the thing that is supporting you,
The seat or the wall.
Feel this middle spine and lower back relaxed.
They are so relaxed that the belly has such freedom to expand when the breath enters and to contract when the breath exits.
Putting one hand on your belly,
Letting the breath come in through the nose,
See if you can send it in to the belly.
Let it swirl around towards your first and in your second and third chakras and let it exit.
Breathe in again,
Through the nose,
The breath moves into the belly,
Swirls around and as it exits,
The belly contracts.
If you find yourself struggling to get the breath into the belly,
Don't hesitate to lay on the ground.
When you lay on the ground and send breath to the belly,
Letting it rise when the breath enters and letting gravity do its work,
It will look sort of like how it looks when a baby breathes when they're sleeping.
The belly rises,
Rises,
Rises,
But it falls.
We don't control the release,
We just surrender to gravity and let it release.
One more round of breathing,
Letting the nose receive this breath,
Letting the breath float through the fifth chakra,
Fourth chakra,
Third chakra,
Second,
Almost to the first.
Belly rises and contracts as it falls and the breath exits.
Bringing the breath back to natural breath,
We continue to work our way up the body.
We find ourselves at the heart from the front of the body and at the upper back where the wings of your shoulders meet the back of the body.
For just a moment,
We'll send the breath to the heart so that our ribcage expands and contracts.
We're only doing that once because this is a guided meditation that is devoted to regeneration,
To relaxation.
When we breathe in our ribcage,
When we breathe and have the heart jump into action,
We are signaling emergency or shock or readiness.
We're going from beta to alpha to gamma waves,
Those high frequency readiness waves.
So we back off of that,
But we feel it for a minute just to feel the contrast of the flow of the breath through the belly.
Here in our fourth chakra,
We shine a green light,
The light of forgiveness,
This powerful heart chakra,
Letting the light emanate in every direction through and from the body.
It is a powerhouse.
We let it infuse the other chakras beneath it.
Third chakra that shines gold,
Solar plexus,
Self-esteem.
The second chakra that shines orange,
Sacral chakra,
The relationship,
Money,
Work,
Career chakra and the shining down to the root chakra,
Shining burgundy,
That muted red of tribe.
Of blood,
Of family.
Letting this green light mingle with these colors,
It shines upwards through the fifth chakra,
Our throat chakra,
Communication,
Which shines a light blue.
Up through the sixth chakra,
The mind chakra,
The seat of the Buddha of reason,
Reasonably yes,
Reasonably no,
Shining a royal blue.
Letting that light push up,
That green light of the heart chakra pushing up through the crown chakra,
It shines lavender,
Lilac.
This is the portal through which we receive the information from without,
From the heavens,
The downloads,
The inspirations,
And through this portal,
The information processes,
Processes,
Processes.
And when we keep these chakras in flow,
The information processes and we receive clear actions,
Hunches,
Thoughts,
Intuitions.
Shining our light from each chakra,
Letting the green light dim down so that it only shines in its space.
We let energy flow through the crown chakra and as it hits,
It shines lavender in all directions.
The energy,
This nourishing energy from the world around us,
From the heavens,
From the earth,
This willing exchange of nourishment from the world around us,
Moves to the sixth chakra and shines royal blue.
Our cells receive the gifts that this frequency of light activates.
Within,
The energy continues down through the skull and into the throat chakra where when it hits,
Boom,
It shines sky blue.
The healing energy of communication,
The right words,
The right information reaching all of the cells in our body,
The right information informing the fingernail of your pinky toe.
The energy continues and hits the heart chakra.
Love and forgiveness,
The compassion,
The place that some call Jesus' home.
As the Buddha resonates with reason,
Jesus resonates with forgiveness.
But if neither of these prophets resonate,
Take what does and leave the rest.
If it deeply affects,
Take your hands,
Receive the things that you don't like,
Let them land in your hands.
Shape the things you don't like into a ball and roll the ball out or toss it or pitch it into the universe.
The information will be happy to find its way home.
The energy flows down from the heart chakra into the solar plexus and hits the golden light that shines through.
The light of self-esteem,
The light that says,
Ah,
I am because I am and what a glorious thing to be that.
The light of gold shining through all of the body,
Activating what only it can within every cell.
You and the energy continues to our sacral chakra,
That orange,
Brilliant orange of creativity.
Isn't it fascinating that creativity is the seat,
The wheel where work,
Career and finance reside?
What a wonderful combination.
Letting the orange light that is shining as the energy moves through this chakra inform all of you and the energy around you.
And finally,
The energy so freely offered from the universe,
From the world around us,
It lands in the root chakra.
It shines burgundy,
This deep color that blends so easily into the earth,
The place that you now have contact with.
Feeling that force of energy that is now stretching down into the earth,
Rooting you through the root chakra,
Up through the portal of your seventh chakra.
This exchange of information,
This exchange of nourishment,
This willingness to be in stillness,
In pause,
This true regeneration.
Let any emotions that come up to the surface flow out,
Be them smiles or tears.
Don't try to understand them,
Just let them flow.
You've just received energy and one of the other laws,
One of the other fundamental laws of physics,
Matter can be neither created nor destroyed.
So this energy that you've just allowed in is going to push out what is no longer needed.
Let it go.
Taking three final breaths,
Breathing into that joint or muscle or ache or random body part or just breathing all of your being.
Finding your way to that final inhale and exhale and noticing this cloud of grace that is around you.
It's always there,
But when we acknowledge it,
It kind of grows a little bit.
Thank yourself,
Thank your higher power if you have one.
When you're ready,
You might wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Rotate your feet,
Rotate your hands,
Rotate your head on your neck.
Let movement come into your legs,
Into your body,
Into your arms.
And when you're ready,
Let your eyes float open if you closed them and if you kept them open,
Let the world be what you see from here.
If they are newly opened,
Welcome,
Welcome to this moment,
In this day.
In the words of Thich Nhat Hanh,
I have arrived,
I am home,
In this moment.
Find home,
Find peace and know that home is always right here in the now.
Thank you for joining me in this guided meditation.
And with that,
We are complete.
