Let's begin by finding a comfortable position and letting your body settle deeply into the surface beneath you.

Take a slow deep breath in and let it out.

This is your time,

Your journey inwards.

As you rest here,

Your body begins to soften,

Your mind begins to open.

With every breath,

You're drifting closer to a place where dreams become vivid.

Where you remember you are dreaming.

Tonight,

You're training your mind,

Not just to dream,

But to know that you're dreaming.

Starting at the top of your head,

Feel a gentle wave of relaxation washing over your scalp.

Release any tension from your forehead.

Smooth it out.

Notice your eyelids,

Soft and heavy,

Resting easily.

In dreams,

Even when your eyes are closed,

You see everything around you,

Clear and vivid.

Remind yourself,

When you see strange things,

You know that you are dreaming.

Your jaw and cheeks are clenching,

Your tongue resting gently.

If you sense your teeth or lips in the dream,

That's your cue that you are dreaming.

Drop your attention to your neck and shoulders,

Let them melt into the bed,

Heavy and relaxed.

Breath,

Imagine any tension draining down and out.

Feel your shoulders,

Light,

Unburdened,

Reminding you that when you feel weightless,

You will remember you are dreaming.

Your upper arms are soft,

Your elbows are resting,

Your forearms melting,

With your hands loose and open.

Feel your fingertips lightly buzzing.

In your dreams,

If you look at your hands,

They might change,

Stretch or shift.

That's your sign that you are dreaming.

Notice your heart beating steadily.

In your dreams,

Your breath might feel different,

Deeper or effortless.

When you notice your breathing changing,

You will smile and know that you are dreaming.

Now your belly softens,

It relaxes,

With your hips sinking deeper and heavier.

Feel how grounded you are,

Even as your awareness starts to rise.

Now your legs,

With your thighs loosened heavy,

Your knees relaxed,

Your calves soft.

Your feet rest,

Completely still.

Feel the pull of gravity,

But know that in dreams you can rise,

Float or fly.

And when you feel weightless,

You will remember that you are dreaming.

Your body is completely relaxed now,

Your mind is calm and focused,

But aware,

At any point,

You may see a strange shape,

Hear an odd sound,

Or notice a colour shift.

Each is a signal,

A gentle reminder,

That you are in a dream,

That you are aware,

And that you are lucid.

Now,

Stay still and feel a subtle hum,

Far beneath you.

It's faint,

But growing stronger.

You don't move your body,

But you feel yourself being drawn downwards,

Towards you.

Picture the elevator,

It's doors opening slowly.

You step in,

Without effort.

The air inside is cool,

A hint of something sweet,

Like jasmine or fresh rain.

The walls shimmer,

Metallic but alive,

Reflecting soft golden light.

It's peaceful here,

And you are completely safe,

There's no need to press any buttons.

The elevator knows where you are going.

Deeper into lucidity,

The doors close softly behind you,

There's a low hum as you begin to descend,

Gently.

With every floor that you pass,

Your body relaxes deeper,

And your mind opens wider,

Ready to receive whatever comes.

You may hear soft sounds,

Distant music.

Feel the air shift,

Like passing through layers of dreams.

The farther you go,

The more real everything feels.

Textures sharpen,

The scent of the air deepens.

It smells like a summer night,

Clean.

You are lucid.

Feel yourself floating downwards,

Time begins to stretch out.

There's nowhere to go,

And nothing to do.

Just descend deeper and lighter,

Completely free.

Every sense is alive.

You hear the low comforting hum of the elevator,

You smell the air,

Fresh and sweet.

You feel the coolness of the walls,

Smooth under your fingertips if you choose to touch them.

And you know,

This is the start of the dream.

Relaxing more with every second,

Deeper into the journey,

Deeper into lucidity.

The descent continues,

And you're ready for whatever comes next.

The elevator begins to slow down,

Gliding smoothly to a stop.

You feel it settle,

Weightless and calm.

The doors open,

And what's waiting for you is unlike anything you've ever seen.

A forest,

A lake,

Impossibly vivid.

You step forward,

And the air shifts,

Cool,

And fresh,

Filled with the scent of earth.

You can also smell wildflowers,

And something sweet,

Almost like honey.

You're standing at the edge of the forest of awareness,

A place where every sound,

Every texture,

Every colour pulls you deeper into lucidity.

This is where you remember.

You begin to walk,

Or perhaps the ground beneath you is soft,

Like moss and velvet mixed together.

It rises to meet your feet with every step,

Supporting you completely.

Breathing in,

You notice the air tastes real,

Cool,

Clean,

Carrying the scent of pine,

Wild mint and wood.

With every breath,

You feel lighter,

Clearer,

Your mind sharpens,

Your senses expand.

This is your dream,

All around you,

The trees stretch impossibly tall,

Their barks shimmer faintly,

With a deep green streaked with silver.

As you pass,

Their leaves sway gently,

Whispering secrets in the wind.

You reach out,

Running your fingertips along the bark,

And it feels solid,

Textured,

Real.

There is also the sensation of coolness and smoothness,

Vibrating faintly beneath your touch.

This is your first cue,

When you feel things in dreams,

They will seem real.

When you feel this,

You know that you are dreaming.

Further in,

You hear the soft rustle of leaves,

Birdsong that seems too perfect and too melodic to be real,

Each sound is sharp and distinct.

You can hear the space between the sounds.

That's how clear your mind is becoming.

When sounds become impossibly crisp,

When birds sing melodies you've never heard,

That's your sign that you're dreaming.

And light filters down in golden beams.

It feels warm on your skin,

But not hot.

You tilt your head back,

Watching tiny particles of light drift lazily in the air.

You can smell the sunlight here,

Sweet,

Golden,

Almost like warm sugar and citrus.

A smell that only exists in dreams.

Up ahead,

You notice the trees parting,

Revealing a small stream.

The stream is crystal clear and glows faintly in the sunlight.

You kneel beside it,

Brushing your fingers through the water,

It's cool,

Refreshing and impossibly real.

Ripples dance outward,

And you catch your reflection,

But it changes,

Your face shifts,

Smiles,

Then comes another cue.

When your reflection changes,

You'll know that you're dreaming.

You rise,

Floating forward,

Deeper.

With every step,

The colours around you grow more vivid,

Greens so deep they're almost blue,

Flowers glowing softly with violet,

Crimson and gold.

Each one releasing a subtle scent,

Lavender,

Jasmine and something else,

A scent you've never known but instantly love.

Your mind absorbs every detail.

When you notice beauty beyond what's possible,

You will remember that you're dreaming.

A gentle breeze brushes past you,

Carrying whispers,

Voices,

Soft,

Familiar but impossible to understand.

They say you're dreaming,

You're safe,

You're free and you are.

Every part of you knows,

This is your dream,

You are lucid and fully aware.

You continue on,

Trees bounce slightly as you pass,

The forest welcomes you,

Guiding you forward.

Overhead strange birds glide,

Feathers shimmering like metal and silk.

One of the birds lands nearby,

Staring at you with curious eyes.

It chirps once and you understand it,

It's telling you,

You're in control here.

Anything you wish,

Anything you can imagine is possible.

You are dreaming,

You can choose what happens next.

You keep walking or floating,

Feeling lighter,

Your body almost forgotten now.

You could lift off the ground with a thought,

But there's no rush.

You trust the forest,

You trust yourself.

Every tree,

Every sound,

Every scent is proof,

You are inside your mind.

Up ahead,

The trees part completely and there it is,

The air,

Its doors waiting,

Open,

Glowing softly just as before.

The same safe,

Peaceful air swirling gently around it.

You smile because you know this is your journey continuing.

You step inside,

The doors close quietly behind you and again,

You begin to descend.

Slow,

Smooth,

Like sinking into the softest dream.

There's no fear and there's definitely no rush,

Only calmness,

Perhaps some curiosity.

The elevator hums and you feel yourself floating downward,

Deeper,

Every second,

Your awareness sharpens.

Your mind completely open now,

Your senses are alive.

You are dreaming and you know it.

Feel yourself descending,

Calm,

Certain,

Deeper into dreams,

Deeper into lucidity.

The elevator slows down,

Floating to a perfect stop.

The doors open silently and as they do,

A vast,

Endless expanse unfolds before you.

You've arrived in the cosmic voyage.

The air feels different here,

Charged with energy.

You step or maybe float forward.

And there's no ground now,

Just open space.

Soft currents hold you up,

Lifting you effortlessly.

Above and below,

The universe stretches endlessly.

Black velvet skies,

Scattered with stars,

Each one glows,

Gently pulsing,

As if breathing.

As you drift forward,

You feel it,

You are weightless,

Free.

Just relax and let the space guide you.

The first thing you notice is the silence,

But it's not empty,

It's full,

Alive,

Humming quietly,

Like the universe itself is singing.

Breathe deeply here,

Feel the air,

Cool,

Calm,

Clean,

Electric,

Tasting faintly of metal and stardust.

Something impossible but real.

This is your dream,

When the air feels otherworldly,

When silence hums,

You know that you're dreaming.

A glowing path forms,

A soft ribbon of light winding through the stars.

It pulses gently,

Inviting you forward.

With a thought,

You glide along it,

Floating endlessly,

As if space itself carries you.

Planets begin to appear,

Slowly at first,

Then more as you drift,

Each one unique.

The first is a deep blue orb,

Swirling with clouds that shimmer silver.

As you pass,

You see the clouds form shapes,

Perhaps faces and symbols too,

Some familiar,

Some strange.

You realise the dream speaks here.

When you see symbols or messages in clouds,

You will remember that you float past,

Moving towards the next planet.

This one is golden,

Glowing like a small sun.

Warm light washes over you,

But it doesn't burn,

It feels like comfort,

Like home.

As you pass,

Golden particles rise around you,

Clinging to your skin then dissolving,

And you feel lighter and clearer,

Reminding you again.

When you feel warmth without heat,

Or see golden light,

You'll know that you're dreaming.

Further ahead,

Another world appears.

This one,

A crystal sphere,

Transparent,

Shimmering with colour.

Inside,

You see impossible landscapes,

Mountains upside down,

Rivers flowing through the sky.

You reach out,

And your hand passes through the planets surface,

Like mist.

It tingles,

Cool and electric.

When you touch something impossible,

And it feels real,

You know that you're dreaming.

You float on,

Deeper into the cosmos,

The stars grow larger,

Some pulsating gently,

Others spinning slowly,

Trailing ribbons of light behind them.

You hear a soft melody now,

Carried by the fast winds,

Music without words,

Just pure sound wrapping around you.

It soothes you,

It calms you,

And it also reminds you that when you hear music that doesn't exist,

You'll remember that you are in fact,

Dreaming.

Out in the distance,

You see a ring of smaller planets,

Each one glowing with a different colour,

Red,

Violet,

Emerald and silver.

As you drift closer,

Each planet whispers to you,

Not in words,

But in feelings,

Images,

Memories that aren't yours,

But feel familiar.

When memories appear that don't belong to you,

You will remember that you're dreaming.

You float through the ring,

And in that moment,

You'll feel yourself expand,

Becoming part of the space around you.

There is no separation now,

And you know,

This is your dream.

You are lucid,

And you are free here.

As you drift further,

The vastness opens up even more,

Nebulae swirl in the distance,

Clouds of colour that shift and change.

You see deep reds,

Glowing purples,

Shimmering blues,

And within them,

Flashes of light,

Images,

Fragments of dreams and thoughts.

They drift towards you,

Then pass,

None of them stick,

You're just observing,

Floating.

When you see colours shift or light form impossible shapes,

You know that you're dreaming.

You drift onwards,

Past the stars,

Through the clouds of stardust that sparkle as they touch your skin.

Each flake is warm,

Then cool,

Then gone.

There's no rush,

No destination,

Only floating,

Exploring and expanding.

And then up ahead,

You see it.

Another elevator,

Waiting,

Glowing softly against the endless dark.

It feels right,

As if it's been there the whole time,

Waiting for you.

You glide towards it,

Effortlessly,

And as you step inside,

The air shifts again.

Calm,

Still and grounding,

The doors close softly behind you.

You're safe,

Completely alone,

The hum returns,

That soft,

Familiar vibration,

And you begin to descend once again,

Deeper into your journey,

Deeper into your own dreaming mind.

There is no wait,

No time,

Only calmness and certainty.

You are lucid,

You are dreaming,

And you're ready for whatever comes next.

The elevator hums quietly beneath you,

Smooth,

Steady,

But this time it begins to rise.

You're not falling deeper anymore,

You're floating upwards,

Carried gently,

Weightless.

There's no rush,

No effort.

The elevator lifts you,

Like a warm current,

As you rise,

You feel your entire journey settle inside of you,

Every image,

Every sound,

Every impossible colour,

Every moment of awareness,

All of it is yours,

Safe,

Stored,

Waiting for you in perfect detail.

As you continue to rise,

You feel the shift of the dream world growing softer,

The body calling you back to deep,

Restful sleep.

But there's no separation now,

A deep,

Comforting sense of knowing,

Bringing your awareness to the top of your head,

Feel the soft skin there,

Let it release any lingering tension.

Smooth,

Soft,

Peaceful.

Your forehead relaxing.

Let go of every tiny muscle.

Your eyebrows soften,

No furrowing,

No strain.

Feel your eyes now,

Heavy,

Relaxed.

Your eyelids are soft and closed,

Behind them only,

Where you are safe and secure.

Your cheeks,

Jaw and mouth,

All become very loose.

Your tongue resting.

You are perfectly still.

If you ever find your mouth or eyes changing in dreams,

You'll remember that,

You're dreaming.

But for now,

You are resting and safe.

Down to your neck,

Your throat,

Release any holding there.

Feel the muscles soften,

Let your throat open,

Breathing smoothly and effortlessly.

The air is easy,

Cool as it comes in,

Warm as it leaves.

Now your shoulders,

Heavy and relaxed.

Falling away from your ears,

You've carried enough for today.

You let them sink,

Your elbows become soft,

Your forearms become heavy and your hands loose and open.

Your fingers are completely still,

With nothing to hold and nothing to do.

If ever your hands change in dreams,

You'll know that you're dreaming.

But here,

Right now,

Feel your chest rising and falling,

Slow,

Easy,

Peaceful.

Your heart is steady and calm,

With no effort and no rush.

Your belly now soft and loose,

Relaxing the centre of your body,

Letting go of everything,

All the way down,

Down into the deepest,

Most restful sleep.

Your hips now sink,

Heavy and supported,

Feel the pull of sleep gently grounding you.

Your legs,

Thighs soft and your calves melting,

Heavy and sinking.

Completely at rest,

Still,

Safe and calm.

Your feet,

With your heels heavily resting,

Your toes loose and every area of them cool and relaxed.

There is nothing left to hold,

Nothing left to carry.

You are floating now,

But also deeply anchored,

Completely here,

Completely safe,

Completely asleep.

The elevator keeps rising,

But it's not waking you,

It's settling you into sleep,

A deep,

Sound,

Peaceful sleep.

And as you rise,

You feel the journey settle deeper into your memory,

Safe,

Stored,

Vivid.

You remember the forest,

The waves and the stars.

You will remember everything you've seen,

Heard and when you dream again,

You will remember it.

There is nothing left to do now,

Your body is soft,

Your mind is open.

The journey is complete,

You are floating,

And as sleep comes in,

It will be deep,

Full of calmness,

Full of dreams and full of the power to know that you are dreaming.

You are now ready to rest,

You are ready to sleep,

You are ready to dream deeply and remember fully.

The elevator drifts upwards,

And you drift down into perfect sleep.

Everything is calm,

Everything is safe.
