With your inner peace being the utmost of importance.

Any thoughts that float around in your mind of anything other than positivity quickly dissolve without another second passing by.

As you become present in enjoying this day,

You become better connected to your true inner self.

Day has a quality of softness in everything you see,

Hear and feel.

Taking your time to appreciate calmness brings a sense of being grounded.

Only true feelings and emotions of the present are felt today,

Without the distractions of the past or any future thinking.

Thank you thank you! It’s amazing how hard it is to find a soothing, slow paced morning affirmation recording, but this one is it. The guiding voice is calm and the pacing is soothingly slow. I tend to wake up feeling anxious and hurried so this is what I need. πŸ™
