Overthinking can be a major source of stress and anxiety that can delay going to sleep at bedtime.

It can lead to sleepless nights,

Exhaustion and a general feeling of being overwhelmed.

The affirmations in this sleep meditation are a powerful technique that helps to focus your mind and calm your thoughts.

Before the sleep affirmations begin,

I'd like you to create a quiet and comfortable environment.

Find a comfortable position and that is your starting point in allowing your mind and body to settle.

If you want to,

Take a few deep and slow breaths,

Imagining a peaceful scene or scenario in your mind.

As you focus on the peaceful images that you see,

Fully immerse yourself in the scene,

Imagine the smells,

The sounds and the sensations of being in this place.

This will help to distract your mind from overthinking and allow you to relax.

The affirmations will then work with your subconscious and eventually,

You will begin to gently fall asleep.

As you begin to relax and allow your body to loosen,
