Something I really want you to think about is this: Not every meditation is meant for you. And that’s not a bad thing. We’re all completely unique, with different nervous systems, emotions, and ways of processing. So instead of forcing yourself into a practice that doesn’t feel right, what if you started to listen to your body before and after? Notice how you feel going in, how you feel coming out, and what actually shifts for you. That’s where your real discernment comes in. You don’t have to take everything as truth. You don’t have to stay with something that doesn’t resonate. This talk is a reminder to trust yourself, to explore, and to find what actually supports you. And if my meditations work for you, I’m so glad. And if they don’t, I hope this helps you find something that does.
