Begin by setting an intention of peace that resonates with you for your practice today.
How would you like to feel?
How would you like peace to show up in the physical?
How would you like to integrate peace and show up even better in the world?
What could you use right now related to peace?
Would you like to walk peacefully in the world?
Would you like to be at even more peace with the things and people in your life?
Whatever it is for you,
Visualize it as much as you can right now.
Now that you're ready,
Let's release the intentions and begin to take full breaths,
Breathing the whole body,
Starting at the soles of the feet and bringing the breath energy up the back of the body and exhaling down the front body and out the heart or hands.
Imagine waves of light washing over your entire body as you breathe.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Allow these waves of pure,
Brilliant white light energy to clear and purify your body naturally as you breathe in and out.
Allow your breath to become as relaxed as possible.
You are nature breathing itself,
Allowing whatever is there to be there.
If you notice that your mind wanders in any way,
Simply guide your awareness back to the breath,
Training the mind to focus on what you decide.
Really begin to relax even more into the meditation.
Begin to follow your breath with your awareness.
You are the observer,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Let your inner being gently show you alignment and what it feels like.
With every breath,
You breathe in peace,
You breathe out peace,
Allowing the gentle tuning of your vibration to peace.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Give yourself permission to be even more peaceful than you knew was possible before.
Open yourself to the peaceful parts of yourself and grow them with your breath awareness.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Growing them,
Watering them,
Nurturing them.
Sending them loving thoughts.
Sending those parts in yourself,
The parts of your body,
The parts of your energetic body,
Bringing them nurturing,
Bringing them life,
Bringing them peace with every breath.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Take this opportunity to release any limiting beliefs or obstacles in your path to peace.
Honoring yourself for showing up for yourself today.
Coming in to even more alignment with who you really are.
Relaxing into peace.
Imagine now all the fun you can have in your life.
What brings you joy?
What would bring you joy to experience?
Remember what you visualized and let that joy grow.
When you're in your joy,
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
Just for today,
I choose peace.
Just for today,
I allow joy to permeate through and out every cell in my body.
I am joy.
Repeat to yourself.
I choose the path of light and love.
And I allow others to do the same.

It's good to naturally leave your body now.
Feeling safer and more relaxed with every breath.
Choosing joy.

Sometimes people are in pain.
That is the way it is in life,
On this planet.
To be able to sit with someone's pain.
Whether it's your own or another being's.
And just witness it.
To do that is a really beautiful thing.
This pain may be sent to you.
It may be witnessed by you.
Or it may just be hanging around.
Hang in there.
You can get through this too.
Continue to re-center.
Re-focus on your intention of peace.
As many times as you need to.
Breathing in peace.
Breathing out peace.
Feeling whatever you're feeling.
Wow can sometimes be painful.
The first part of the technique is to recognize that you've felt someone's pain.
Or some pain.
It may feel like they're energetically wishing bad on you.
That's a sign that there's pain in them.
Something that you can transmute with your breath.
Breathing in peace.
Breathing out peace.
Sending ripples of peace.
Right now.
And everywhere you go.
It's time to let go.
Breathe in to an open heart.
Breathe out.
An open heart.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Making the choice to feel grounded and supported.
No matter what is going on around you.
Or in you.
Letting go of any pain or discomfort.
Bring your focus to your third eye now.
Resting in anya chakra.
And setting an intention for the rest of your day.
How do you want to feel?
When you're ready.
Letting that intention go out into the world.
And gently start to bring your awareness back into your body.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Maybe you give yourself a gentle squeeze.
Maybe you exhale a deep sigh.
It's time to live.
