Hi and welcome to this guided meditation designed to support you to relax and restore.

Find yourself a comfortable position.

This meditation can be done walking,

Seated,

Or lying down.

Whatever feels good to you in this moment.

Now it is time to relax completely.

Relax your body now.

Take this time for yourself to fully relax.

Breathe deep and feel the natural rise and fall of your chest and abdomen.

Breathe in and relax.

Become aware of the natural flow of air through your body.

Become aware of the natural flow of air through your body.

Breathing in fresh life and new energy.

Exhaling anything that no longer serves.

Allow your body to be nourished by your breath.

Breathing into that space and letting any tensions go.

Let yourself begin to completely relax.

Relax and let it all go.

Communicate with your body now and tell it it is safe to relax.

Thank it for all it does for you on a daily basis and let it know that it is time to relax.

It is time to restore and renew.

Take a deep breath in feeling calmness and coolness spreading throughout your body.

Feeling lighter on the surface beneath you.

Feeling 100% relaxed and at ease in your body.

Anything that no longer serves you goes now.

Any tension flows completely out of your body like water off a duck's back.

The water rolls gently and easily and swiftly out of every cell in your body.

Relaxing.

Allow yourself to be fully present and relax consciously.

Begin to scan your body starting with the top of your head.

Relax the top of your head.

Feel the relaxation drift down your entire body.

Feel your entire body relaxed.

Relax your entire head.

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go.

Your facial muscles relaxed.

Your jaw relaxed.

The spaces around your eyes relaxed.

The back of your head relaxed.

The back of your neck relaxed.

The spaces between your vertebrae relaxed.

Allow your whole head and neck to simply relax.

Relax your chest.

Feel it open and relax.

Relax the muscles around your sternum,

Your intercostal muscles relaxed.

The muscles around your heart relaxed.

Now is your time to simply let go.

Let it all go now.

Feel your body light and deepen into even more relaxation,

Opening yourself to your highest potential.

Working away down the body,

The muscles around your upper back relaxed.

Mid-back relaxed.

Lower back relaxed.

Muscles around the top of the pelvis relaxed.

The back of the pelvis relaxed.

Pelvic floor muscles relaxed.

Top of the femur relaxed.

Left hamstring relaxed.

Left calf relaxed.

Left ankle relaxed.

The tops of your feet and toes of the left foot relaxed.

Right hamstring relaxed.

Right calf relaxed.

Right calf relaxed.

Right ankle relaxed.

Top of the right foot relaxed.

Toes of the right foot relaxed.

Toes of the right foot relaxed.

Whole right leg relaxed.

Stomach muscles relaxed.

Deep abdomen muscles relaxed.

Relax your deep abdomen muscles.

The muscles around your organs relaxed.

Fides of the body relaxed.

The arms relaxed.

The arms relaxed.

The palms of your hands relaxed.

Notice any sensation that you feel there.

The arms relaxed.

The arms relaxed.

The hands relaxed.

The whole upper body relaxed.

Breathe out any stagnant energy.

Maybe you exhale with a yawn or a sigh.

Letting it all go.

Allowing yourself space to feel recharged and refreshed.

Lifting here in this comfortable position,

Breathing and being.

Your navel is rising and falling slightly with every inhalation.

With each and every breath,

It expands and contracts.

Concentrate on this rise and fall in synchronization with your breath.

Feel the harmony of this movement.

Allow yourself to rest in this space of peaceful harmony even more.

Feel your whole body breathing in this conscious sacred awareness you've created for yourself.

Give yourself some gratitude for showing up for yourself today.

Staying in this conscious awareness as long as you like and coming out at any time.

Taking this relaxed feeling with you wherever you go today and into your sleep.

Entering yourself,

Forgiving your space,

This peaceful awareness,

This opportunity to be relaxed and to feel in harmony.

When you're ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back into your body.

Become aware of your surroundings and gently start to move your body,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

Ready to begin the rest of your day.

Maybe give yourself a big stretch or a hug or a yawn.

Staying completely calm and at ease.

As you prepare to return to your day,

Take a moment to set an intention for yourself.

What would you like to bring into your life?

How would you like to feel for the rest of your day?

And when you are ready,

Release that intention into the universe,

Trust that it has been heard and will be answered in divine timing.
