I began my personal practice of yoga and meditation around 20 years ago. I teach yoga and mindfulness classes in the Adelaide and McLaren Vale regions. I am registered with Yoga Australia as a Senior Level yoga teacher, and with Meditation Australia as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher. My development into a yoga therapist and mindfulness facilitator has come out of many years of studying the intricacy of our human system. I believe we can all use these tools to thrive in our lives.

Previously used to a slightly faster paced Yoga Nidra body scan, it took me a while to settle into this and release a slight impatience. By the end I felt so blissfully calm and refreshed, physically and mentally. Much needed as I’m in the middle of doing my Tax Return! Thank you- I’ll definitely be returning to this again and again… 😊🙏

This was wonderful. I’ve been grieving the end of my marriage and find myself in denial and sadness but have a hard time releasing. I sobbed this whole meditation. It was the perfect release.
