Doing a nice big shoulder roll so your shoulders are relaxed.
Your face is soft.
Your tongue is resting heavy in your mouth.
Your eyes are gently closed.
Let your entire body just ground down.
Into the earth.
I want to allow you to let go.
Giving yourself permission to pause.
We are so used to getting swept away into the busyness of the day.
I want to remind you that you are here to let go.
Of things that are holding you hostage of your time.
And allow you to rise above the things that are disrupting the peace of your being.
Do not judge yourself.
Do not feel disheartened.
This is a very good place to be.
From awareness comes choice.
Where you can choose the path that leads you to your most authentic self.
I want to give you permission to follow the deep and unwavering wisdom inside you.
That we don't always need to fix something or commit to plans.
That you are empowered to choose how to respond.
That you are empowered to mindfully reduce the load.
Give yourself permission while you are seated here to rejuvenate and find joy.
Let's take a moment to focus here on your breath.
Start by taking a few deep breaths to settle into this moment.
Taking a moment to have your focus at the base of your nostrils.
Inhaling deeply through the nose.
And slowly releasing through the nose.
Allowing the rhythm of the breath to soothe the mind and the body.
Releasing your breath.
Returning it to normal.
Taking your awareness now towards your lungs.
Follow your breath as it comes in and out of the lungs.
Let it be soft.
Follow the breath in and out.
With a relaxed awareness we will begin to scan the body.
Pressing our attention on each body part one by one.
To starting with the soles of your feet.
Feeling them grounded on the floor.
Observing any sensations here.
Between your ankles,
Your calves,
Your shins and knees.
As you observe these areas,
Just allowing any tension to dissolve away.
Going into the upper legs,
The hips,
Pelvis and glutes.
Allowing these areas to soften and relax.
Extending your focus towards your abdomen.
Are there any sensations here in your tummy?
Sensing a softening and one of comfort.
Bringing your awareness now towards your back.
Your upper back,
Middle and lower back.
And just noticing any tension melting away.
Noticing your chest being open.
And the lungs filling up with air and letting go.
Taking your focus now down your arms.
Allowing them to relax in an easy way.
Bringing your awareness down the forearms,
The wrists,
The hands,
The fingers.
All the way to the very tips.
Bringing your awareness towards your shoulders.
Focusing on your neck.
Allowing your face to soften.
Just noticing your jaw unclenching.
Your forehead softening.
Your eyes are relaxed.
And just resting your attention here above your head.
Observing any sensations in the scalp.
And just letting them simply melt away.
Observe how your mind and body feel.
When you take time to pause and create balance.
If you obtain a more balanced state that leads you to your own healing.
Guiding yourself to be better equipped to cope with the stress of life.
Observe how you are re-entering a healthier flow of your life.
And make it sacred.
As we come to the end of the meditation.
Bringing your awareness now back into the room.
Feeling your body is strong.
Your heart is soft.
There's a gentle smile on your lips.
Your body is relaxed.
