Hello and welcome.
My name is Charlotte and I will be guiding you today to connect back to yourself through mindfulness.
Today we will connect to our breath,
Allowing ourselves to go into the day feeling grounded and feeling uplifted,
Developing our connection to ourselves and to mindfulness.
So get comfortable if you want to lie down or just take a seat,
Making sure that you're comfortable.
Start by connecting to your breath,
Closing your eyes and taking a deep breath in through the nose,
Allowing that breath to flow out naturally.
And continue to breathe in through your nose and back out through your nose.
Feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation,
Watching your breath,
Witnessing your breath,
Noticing where your breath comes into your body.
Is it through the nose?
Do you feel it coming in through your chest?
Is it in your belly or is it somewhere else?
Noticing where you feel the breath in your body and simply witnessing the breath as it flows in and out so gracefully.
Sinking deeper into this space of acceptance and mindfulness of our breath.
Continuing to watch your breath.
And as your breath flows in and out,
You can feel deep connection to yourself,
To your being,
To your inner wisdom.
A deep connection to your heart space,
To your body.
With each breath you feel more connected.
As you witness your breath,
You build the trust in yourself and in your body.
You develop a beautiful connection.
Just keep breathing.
And as you continue to witness your breath,
You can start to welcome any sounds that you can hear in the atmosphere,
Any outside feelings or sounds that you can connect to right now.
Feeling yourself back into the present moment.
Starting to feel like you're coming back to the present moment.
And taking one last deep breath.
When you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
