Hello to today's daily prayer.
Today we're going to focus on a daily connection to angels.
So don't be put off by the name of this daily prayer.
It's just your opportunity to connect to angels every single day.
It's really really short.
You can do it first thing in the morning,
You can do it sometime midday,
You can do it before you go to bed.
I really recommend doing this first thing in the morning,
Just taking that time to connect to angels before you begin your day.
So I want you to close your eyes,
Just take a moment to connect to your breath.
Breathing in deeply and breathing out.
Sinking into this moment,
Feeling yourself grounding,
Feeling connected.
You're going to take one hand and place it on your heart space.
Take a deep breath here,
Connecting to your heart space.
Feeling the love flowing into your heart space and then flowing back out into the world.
Deepening the connection to yourself and to the universe,
To your heart space and then back out into the world.
I want you to choose to open your heart,
Open your consciousness to the connection to angels.
Feeling what that might feel like to be connected to angels,
To feel their love,
To feel their support.
How would that feel?
You might start to feel like you're being surrounded by unconditional love,
The vibration of angels.
Just soak that in.
We're going to just go through our daily practice.
So with that feeling and openness of connecting to angels,
I want you to repeat after me silently.
Thank you angels for your presence.
It feels so good to know you are here,
To know that you support me,
To feel that connection and unconditional love.
Thank you angels for revealing to me what I need to know today.
Thank you angels for showing me any messages that I need to hear today.
Just sitting here silently,
Welcoming in any vibration,
Any feeling,
Any emotion,
Any messages.
Just feeling into anything that comes through for you in this moment when you're connected.
Taking a deep breath in.
Thank you angels for your support.
It feels so good to know that you are here.
Knowing that you can connect and receive messages whenever you choose.
Taking another deep breath in,
And back out again.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
