Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Charlotte and I'll be your guide as we connect to the energy during the new moon in Scorpio.

So take in a moment here to get comfortable,

Get cozy,

Relax,

Allowing yourself this time to reconnect.

When you're ready,

You can close your eyes.

Tapping into this moment of stillness with your eyes closed,

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and back out through the mouth.

And again,

Another deep breath in through the nose and back out through the mouth.

And just allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.

And with your eyes closed now,

I want you to witness your breath flowing in and flowing back out again.

And you can imagine this breath is like the ocean,

With each in breath flowing in like the tide.

And with each out breath flowing back out again,

Beautiful ocean flowing in and flowing back out again.

And I want you to imagine this ocean of breath flows in the emotions that maybe you have been feeling during this new moon prior to or after.

And allowing your awareness to flow into the in breath.

What emotions come up for you?

Which emotions have been showing themselves to you recently?

Have they been expansive?

Or have you been feeling contracted by these emotions?

So flowing in the feelings of these emotions with the in breath.

And now you can welcome the release of these emotions back out again through the out breath.

Flowing back in and back out again,

Recognizing that our emotions are just like water flowing in and flowing back out again.

We don't need to attach.

We don't need to hold on so tightly.

And I want you now to feel into any parts of your body that might feel tight,

Might feel constricted right now.

Maybe you feel some tightness around your hips or back or neck.

Taking a moment to scan your body for any tightness,

Any contraction,

Any fear that you're holding onto.

With compassion and ease,

Recognizing those elements,

Those areas of contraction with no judgment but just to witness.

Our next in breath is going to be an in breath of expansion.

So you can reflect on what expansion feels like to you.

Feels open and free and light and whole.

So with your in breath,

Breathing in all of these elements of expansion and with your out breath,

Breathing out any constriction,

Any tightness,

Any area that you're holding on too tightly to.

Any darkness or fear.

Letting that go now.

And continue with each in breath,

Breathing in beautiful expansion.

And with each out breath,

Breathing out constriction and tightness.

Let's stay here for a moment for five inhales and exhales.

Breathing in expansion.

Breathing out contraction.

Beautiful.

Taking a moment of gratitude here,

Appreciation for yourself for taking this time to allow yourself to release.

Allow yourself to lean into any contraction and to release it and let it go.

Coming in a sense of expansion.

And now I'd like you to focus on your heart space.

You might like to place your hand on your heart space.

Breathing into your heart space.

And asking yourself,

Asking your heart,

What is my intention moving forwards?

What would I like to call in over the coming weeks and coming months?

How would I like to feel moving forwards?

And allow any words or feelings or visuals to flow to you at this time.

Without any judgment.

Just witnessing.

Okay.

And now you can take your hands and place it back on your lap.

Let's take a deep breath in here.

Let's do that one more time.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose.

Back out again.

When you're ready,

You can start to come back into the present moment.

Back into your body.

Back into the room.

And you can open your eyes.
